We stayed at the hotel bratislava for 2 nights. The hotel itself has recently been renovated and conveniently had a tesco located next door. Its quite far from the city.. 5-10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and then a 20-30 minute journey to the centre. The staff were not very helpful about explaining the best route via public transport so had to work it out for ourselves.

The room was spacious, clean and pleasant enough. The shower was crap and just sprayed everywhere.

The thing that made this stay extremely disappointing was that on 3 occasions we had hotel staff unlock our door and walk in without permission. This happened on the first night we stayed and twice in the early morning of the day we checked out? This is extremely unpleasant, either of us could have been getting changed etc and you would have thought they would have a list of whos staying in what room. I have never experienced this in a hotel before of 24 years travelling. Shockingly poor behaviour.

The breakfast was quite disappointing the scrambled eggs bacon etc were cold.

One to avoid in my opinion.

Clean but shabby. Helpful stuff, breakfast was ok. I think it's cheap for groups 'cause there were crowded in the morning. Must pay for parking, but free parking outside. It was good for one night for that price.

Stayed one night in standard room.

Room don't have mini bar, bathroom is shame (see photos) small, needs repairs.

Room was equip with 3 single beds.
Bed had heavy used mattress.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

And breakfast was poor.

the hotel is nice, very clean, confortable beds, lots of messages in a good mood around the place. the staff is very helpful and professional. the restaurant is good and cheap. breakfast is fine as well. there's a tesco express with 1 minute walking. the bad thing ios that is quite far from the town and the devín castle, I don't recomend taxi because the tariffs are ridiculously expensive, so public transport or alternative are good.

Quiet place, not so close to public transport. Small & cozy room, no minibar. Bathroom without ventilation. Grocery store and Avis office in the ground floor. Otherwise not bad.
