What People are saying

Loved every moment of our stay!!

_shanathomas8on 29/01/2017 11:51

While booking this place for our stay in Jeju ,we did not expect that such an amazing place was awaiting us. We were absolutely taken aback at how nicely this place is done.We were welcomed by the beautiful hosts and led to ur room. The room was very clean and had stunning views. Our room was facing the garden in front with orange trees (yet to bloom- it wasnt the season unfortunately)and we could see the mountains way ahead. The bathroom was extremenly clean with all basic amenities so was the kitchen.
For breakfast, we were served traditional food prepared by the hosts themselves. We really liked it.
The hosts were really helpful. We had some idea about the places to visit but they made a complete itinerary of the entire trip. Infact , the highlight of my trip was visiting the Seongsan Ilchulbong peak which was recommended by one of the hosts. Anyone visiting Jeju island should do this hike.

The owners take great care of the place and has given so much love and thought in designing this beautiful place which is influenced by Swiss and French architecture.

If I were to go to Jeju island again, I would only stay her but this time during winter.

PS: The place is a bit far from the airport , you need to change 2 buses .Its almost 2hrs .When you reach the bus stop near the hotel, please do call the owner, they will arrange pick up.

Nice place to stay but a bit out of the way

We used this as a basis for our Jeju travels. Very friendly owners, but sometimes received a bit too many well-meantt advices, some of which good, some of which difficult. The breakfast is good for locals and people who like traditions but after two days you long for some variation and especially european or american style. We skipped breakfast from the third day as we simply did not like it. First place not to meet Europeans and what a quiet place. A car is handy, but public transport is excellent and so are the restaurants around, walking ! distance. No ATM though, you have to travel a bit. Take cash where you can!

Amazing Swiss Cottage

The structure is simply awesome. You are transported to Swiss. Understand from the owner, it is designed by Swiss architect, and the timbers are imported from Finland.
The breakfast is simple home-cooked. The mushroom porridge and Halim bun are delicious. We also had homemade tangerine jam on the second day. It goes very well with the toast. We even bought a bottle back home.
As mentioned by other reviewers, a car is necessary. Some part of the road leading to the cottage is unlit. It is a bit unnerving on a moonless night. We think we are lost everytime we drive on the road.

Lovely place to stay

This is a very cosy B&B with nice view to Hallasan. We stayed there for three nights and enjoyed the sunset from the balcony of our room! The hosts called Lee and his wife are very friendly and offered us some useful ideas for local places to go! It's worth mentioning that the breakfast included home-made bun, congee and egg which are locally sourced and specially cooked. E.g, the eggs were made by 4-hour slow cooking! We rented a car so it's very easy to reach this quiet place at the southwest part of Jeju. It's about an hour drive to the airport or Jeju city in the north. This B&B was designed by Lee who imported woods and materials from Finland and France! He speaks very well English and is always ready to help. I recommend it to travellers who want a relaxing and quiet place to stay in Jeju.

Almost 40 min ride from jeju airport. This is a quiet nice town close to seogwipo happenings. We went in April so it was not too cold nor hot. There is a restaurant which the owner recommends with Black pork bbq that is very nice. The 'Sakura' magoli is very nice. Breakfast at tiffanys is a good getaway for couples. You probably need to have a car to stay at this accommodation.
