Never go to this Apartment it is dirty and grubby.
The freezer in the fridge had never been defrosted for months it was impossible to store anything.It was also dirty.
The shower in the bathroom had to be held by hand as the fitting for the wall was broken
The walls were dirty with broken shelves in general it was disgusting,a complaint to Bookings.com were ignored and also the complaint to the Group were ignored.

We rented the 1-room apartment for 5 days and we had a nice time there. The building is right in the beginning of the old city center. You can reach the main cathedral for less than 5 min from here. Our apartment had a bedroom and living room combined with kitchen box which was convenient for our breakfasts. The apartment has all facilities and is fully furnished. The street is not directly accessible by a car but you can still park (stop) nearby and easily move the luggage in. It will be nice if the apartment had a daily cleaning service. Unfortunately at this moment this is not available,

it's a self contained furnished appartment with free internet. very well located and a walk from everything. a short taxi frive to the city of art and science. Cafes and bards are 5 min walk away.
the apprtment is very clean and well maintained. i enjoyed my stay there and will come back to it next time i visit Valencia
