mooseytayon 14/08/2017 20:52We are a family of 5 and enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean apartment. Great location and large rooms. Nicely decorated and furnished. A couple of minor bits could have been better. Shower quickly ran out of hot water and so had to take a few cold ones. Not so bad in the heatwave but a little chilly on mornings. Wi Fi a little intermittent but was free to use so no biggie. Kitchen was a bit tricky to cook in as the power kept tripping out if using more than one appliance. Overall a great stay and would visit again.

Momotwrefon 31/07/2017 13:17I stayed in the Brera Appartments in Via Spartacco during 2016 and 2017 because I was visiting friends in Milan. It was a great experience and it became a home for me in Milan. The appartment is very comfortable and trendy and very quiet. The staff very efficient and friendly. It looks into a garden with nice plants and trees.

on 25/07/2017 10:13This was our second stay. The first was Via Formentini, the second Via Brera. Both were irreproachable. Ideally situated in the centro storico,impeccably clean, very comfortable, queen size beds, contemporary style furniture and kitchen in both locations,
secured underground parking next door, totally reliable management. There are no better places to stay at in the city if what one wants is a feeling of living with and as the Milanese.
Excellent Accommodation
premileon 24/07/2017 15:34My wife and I stayed in a Brera apartment (Via San Fermo, 1) in July 2017 with our 2 year old son when we were vacationing in Milan. The apartment was meticulously clean, and just what we needed to spread out as a family in a one bedroom apartment.
Comments:
-central, safe location.
-free WiFi
-AC
-a short walk to park Sempione; I was able to run almost every day and they have a great play area for little children in the park.
-the staff was professional and courteous and assisted us along the way with various questions and requests we had.
-The apartment was equipped with a crib for our toddler.
-Walking distance to a variety of nice restaurants with outdoor seating.
-Walking distance to Duomo Cathedral and excellent shopping in the surrounding area.
-The apartment was equipped with full cooking utensils.
Final note: we have no negative comments about our stay at Brera apartments. I would highly recommend a stay there if you are in Milan.
Chic, comfortable, perfect location!
caitlinncollinson 18/07/2017 16:57First of, the decor was to die for. Absolutely gorgeous and tasteful. I loved my location- only a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. So nice to have great AC and a TV along with an adorable SMEG refrigerator. Wish I had a longer stay here but planned most my trip in Cinque Terre. Next time I will definitely spend more time here! Can't recommend it enough!
