Angela Bon 18/08/2017 15:16The sign said brand new but it is obviously not. The breakfast is terrible. I doubt the management would even ate this crap. The water park was great. The room was old and dirty. Wouldn't go back. Staff was nice. The beach was cute. I just don't think. Their sign should be false advertising.
Ok Hotel w/ Spotty Wifi and Slow wait time at the front desk
schwemer03on 17/08/2017 20:59The wait time at the front desk was beyond slow but the staff were all very friendly. The WIFI was so Spotty all weekend long which was a pain. Only complaint was that inside the AC/Heater was that we seen mold. Wasn't happy about that but otherwise the room was good.
Bad Customer Service
Lori Don 17/08/2017 18:07I had made a reservation to stay. I called and cancelled the reservation 2 weeks prior to the date. Well before the 72 hour requirement. I was told it was cancelled. I didn't get a cancellation confirmation # when I called. They charged me for 1 night and said that I never cancelled. :-((( Tried to get it back. No conf# no refund! Hotel employee wouldn't budge on it! Was it worth the bad review?!?!
Great stay!
Tinajfarrellon 16/08/2017 13:22I was a little afraid to book this hotel after the mixed reviews on it. But I did anyway and me and my family stayed Sunday through Wednesday at Bridge Vista. We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and cute with a log cabin feel. We had a view of the Mackinac Bridge from our room. The beach was great and so was the waterpark. My kids ages 13 and 16 loved it. The breakfast was average but the breakfast lady was outstanding, she was constantly busy and very friendly. We didn't have any complaints about the hotel except for a couple of the front desk employees were not the most helpful people and the hotel lobby does smell a little moldy, probably from the waterpark. I usually rate hotels on here no matter if they are good or bad and Bridge Vista is a hotel I would come back to again.
Ripped off
Tim Gon 11/08/2017 17:30Called for rate. Was told $149. I said the the site says $129 and he said he could do that rate. When we arrived it was $149 and they couldn't change it. Most places will give you the lower rate. Not here.
