Simon Bon 27/07/2017 20:30This was such a relaxed and comfortable stay. The breakfasts were superb, service impecable and the room was spacious and clean. There are homemade cakes to help yourself to during the day too. Excellent, we will come again.
A hidden gem in Regency Sq
Martin Mon 23/07/2017 10:25Excellent central location, great breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff. Beside i360 so you're never lost! Close to promenade, excellent shops, coffee shops, bars, and stores. Stroll into Hove or centre of Brighton.
Excellent breakfasts
SoloJonon 17/07/2017 22:59Hotel is clean, quiet and well decorated, staff are friendly and helpful. I had single occupancy of a small double on the 1st floor. The room had a balcony facing onto Regency Square from which one can see the sea and the i360. Bed was very comfortable. Adequate storage space for me but perhaps a bit of a squeeze for a couple. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yogurts, cheeses and cold meats. Good quality croissants and pains au chocolat. Cakes and fresh fruit were available throughout the day free of charge. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Brighton.
Quality Bed and Breakfast
Stephen Son 14/07/2017 20:07Brighton House is an excellent place to stay. I received a friendly welcome, staff were helpful. An excellent breakfast with a good choice. Clean, quiet room with instant hot water in the bathroom - and a kettle in the room which was a real advantage each time I came in. The house is is a convenient location close to the sea and close to town centre. An unexpected treat was the lovely cake!
GREAT VACATION

Brighton house is very very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We find everybody to be very sincerely kind with us and they are very helpful with all the question you might have (just ask).
Brighton house is located in the Regency square and it is most interesting to see in the park just next to Brighton house the little history telling panel for visitors. Brighton house is nicely decorated vistorian style and i must say that it is quiet, you sleep very well there and in the morning the wonderful staff is preparing the breakfast (delicious) and you can smell the coffee in the guesthouse.
I am recommending Brighton house to all those who want a friendly, clean, quiet guesthouse, you have to experience it in order to appreciate it.
