We visited on the 26th of june..
From start to finnish was amazing ,
The staff are really helpful. And the rooms are lovely and very spacious
Meals are great you are spoilt for choice. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach which is outstanding . Also bus to the zoo a bit of a journey but worth going. Will be definitely going back on behalf of my family and myself

We've just returned from a weeks stay, my husband and I travelled with our two daughters for the first time (aged 20 months and 4 months) along with my mum and we couldnt have asked for a better holiday.
All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and all of the staff (without exception) were friendly, helpful and wonderful with the children.
There is a large salt water pool with jacuzzi and a small fresh water shallow pool next to the pool bar. There is also a separate fresh water children's pool with two slides, next to the kids club. This was perfect for us.
We had a ground floor suite, meaning we had a separate living room which was ideal with having two small children! There wasn't a bath in our room although it wasnt an issue, we just took a cheap inflatable bath with us for the children. The shower was massive. We probably could have fit all four of us in at once! The front door looked out on to the childrens pool and the terrace looked out on to the main pool (rm 4107) which was ideal as we had a double buggy that we could only fit through the patio door. Our one and only issue was that the terrace wasnt enclosed so our 20 month old could escape! If the hotel could install some sort of retractable barrier (like some of the child gates you can get) across the terrace for those people with small children who see open spaces and just want to run it would be absolute perfection! Haha

My mum had a room on the other side of the hotel with a balcony that overlooked the main pool (rm 1108). It got the afternoon sun.

We went all inclusive and I was really impressed with the food and drinks on offer. One thing to note is that there are no meals available around tea time. The pool bar closes for food at 4 and the main restaurant doesnt open until 7. There are snacks available but its something to bear in mind especially if you have children.
The location of the hotel is ideal. There's a supermarket just around the corner, as well as a pharmacy and a host of fab shops, bars and restaurants. Theres also a waterpark at the top of the road and the beach was about 5 minutes walk away.

Id definitely recommend both the hotel and location!

Lovely hotel, quality and variety of food was outstanding, staff were amazing and friendly & couldn't do enough. Location is brilliant, town and beach a stone throw away which is useful as hotel evening entertainment is the only thing that lets the hotel down. Would still recommend it though, and would go back in a heart beat.

Great hotel with great staff could not find any thing to complain about. Had a really good relaxing week and would highly recommend this hotel. Local area is full of bars and places to eat and beach is within walking distance.

Excellent Hotel and lovely friendly staff. Hotel is situated in the heart of all your requirements. Lovely spacious and comfortable room and en suite, a few drawers in room would be beneficial. Would definitely recommend this hotel and area. Hopefully have another holiday here.
