Very outdated, needs a facelift
aurinkaon 23/12/2016 17:43It seems to be the only hotel in the area. Very old, rooms not comfortable, looks more like a 1 star hostel than a 3 star hotel. Definitely not 3 stars.
Would not like to stay there again. Needs serious refurbishment

Camila Pon 19/10/2016 13:58Rooms are new and clean and the staff were very effective and kind, specially the supervisor ( Pedro), Igor and Caio.
The restaurant for dinner has a lot of options on the menu and very good breakfast.
There is a new building that has been recently built with new rooms and a good quality. The hotel is located in a nice place.

Hotel with rather low service standards
BerndEKappelon 22/08/2016 21:24As of my arrival and check-in the staff at the hotel reception did not seem to be aware of the reservations that had been made weeks before - in spite of the fact that I referred to my reservation repeatedly. They just didn't seem to care. As a consequence, in the first half day after my arrival I had to change rooms 3 times. (Once, because the assigned room's equipment was unfinished and nobody seemed to be aware of this fact.) Service standards unfortunately kept low throughout my 3 day stay in the place. The room was rather cold at night with heating not available or not functioning. And there were more reasons for complaint.
Overall I cannot recommend the place unless the management will care and take the necessary measures to bring service standards to a decent level.
Basic rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff
SCFamilyof3on 14/05/2016 14:59The rooms were basic but clean, the bed was firmer than I prefer. The free wifi and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast choices offer a good variety of hot and cold food. The staff were very friendly, and some spoke English. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't mail a postcard at the front desk.
