Great business hotel
DrGatoon 22/07/2016 23:29This hotel is within walking distance of many companies in the area. The rooms are large and comfortable and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. I really liked the breakfast, wich has a wide variety of options. The hotel has parking and can also be easily reached through public transportation

Tervuren-Paddyon 06/06/2016 10:37My son and I stayed here over the weekend, shared room including breakfast was €50 per night! Rooms are standard, but very well maintained and clean, free drinking water supplied and shower was good. Breakfast buffet was great value with an abundance of crepes! Free parking and wifi too.
Bus just outside door brings you into downtown Rennes in 15 mins, tickets €1.50 can be bought on bus,
Hotel is in a business park style area and this alot of restaurants are closed at weekend, however reception are happy to direct you to the few open ones!
Good Hotel, convenient to business parks
Andy Oon 22/05/2016 23:58I stayed here for 3 nights on a Business trip In May and found the hotel to be good. On arrival my key card was waiting, but they didn’t want to take my credit card details. I pay later they said! Interesting business model, but ok!
Check-in lady was very helpful, give me directions for places to eat etc. Note, nowhere is open on a Sunday in walking distant so you need to go into town for food / drinks.
Room was ok. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean with a walk in shower. There was no shower gel though on the first day but they fixed that the next day.
Bar area was limited... felt like you were sat in a waiting room! Very limited drink choices.
Breakfast was very very basic!! If you like breakfast this is not the place to stay. Few bits of cold meet, cheese, yogurts and of course bread! But nothing else.
Hotel doesn’t have a gym, however there is a gym 2 mins walk away, which costs 12 Euros. It’s a big gym, loads of free weights, cv machines etc. Staff and locals very friendly in there.
Though hotel is good, but it wouldn’t be my first place to stay. However its very convenient to business parks so I guess I would return just for its location.

---kaneq---on 07/05/2016 18:07Rooms were large and so was the shower. Wifi access was available and fast. We found the location to be convenient for our needs. Staff were very kind. We have been travelling through France and this has probably been our best value for money stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Convenient if you visit Rennes by car
Moshe Ron 16/11/2014 12:39The only drawback of this brand-new hotel is its location: about 4 km from Rennes old city. But it stands on the axis road and may be quite convenient for those traveling by car (by the bye, a roomy parking lot will be at your disposal free of charge). In all other respects, I can only praise. Our soundproof room had air conditioning, very comfortable bed, perfect WiFi, modern amenities. And it looked entirely fresh and clean, as well as the bathroom. The welcoming stuff - helpful and smiling - added to overall satisfaction.
Some extra features: you can find a vast commercial centre opposite with many cheap options, a good restaurant next door to the hotel, a bus into Rennes (stop just outside), and an inviting Parc des Gayeulles in the close vicinity.
