Easy for the airport

Like so many of the airport hotels you probably wouldn't want to spend a week's holiday here but it was; clean, comfortable, good breakfast, nice room, friendly staff, close to restaurants (although it had it's own) and in an emergency you could walk to the airport in 30 minutes. Small bar with a terrace.

A good choice for a business visiting or a cheap solution for family vagation

The hotel is renovated with particular attention to the rooms and their functionality. Located near the airport and waited to have noise. Instead evening when I returned to the hotel was absolute silence. The internet Wi Fi operated with excellent connection. The first night I stayed at the hotel with my colleague decided to dine in the hotel restaurant. The hotel places are tidy and functional. The cost for two people to drink beer was 50 euros.I noticed that the exterior was offline due time. On the last day I asked him to make check out to my colleague later than 1500 hours, and our request was granted without any extra charge. This was great for our facility because of the time we checked out our professional obligations. The hotel is a good "base" for driving and the other regions of Bordeaux because of the low cost of the stay.There is an incentive to stay because there is no view because the surrounding area is industrial with large warehouses and offices. It is enough of the City but a bus. I would choose again because of its low cost (about 50 euros) if I would work outside the city. Not something I observed negative during my stay. It has a large parking area for customers' vehicles.

We were exhausted so it was OK for one night

Not having had time to decide which area in the city we wanted to stay, and having a late arrival, we decided to take a room at the hotel closest to the airport. The good: it is the 3rd stop of the No. 1 bus line coming out of the airport and directly across the street from the stop so we got there in five minutes. There was someone at reception as we dragged in close to midnight. In the morning some pastries and coffee are made available. BUT... other guests have commented on "refreshed" rooms - we must have gotten one of the "unrefreshed" rooms. Tiny with two beds taking up 80% of the room. The linens & mattresses were fine, the window triple pane so we got a good night's sleep. BUT in the morning, the bathroom shower head was so low that even at 5'4" / 1.62M I had to bend over to wash my hair. For two adults they only provided one (very thin) bath towel and one (very thin) hand towel. With a long line of hotels running along the boulevard from the airport, they need to try a little harder.

Le Soretel was a good example of what it is: a clean, basic hotel with decent beds and proximity to the Bordeaux airport. It is obviously a business and traveler's hotel. So weekends are likely to be empty. And on this Friday night we were literally the only one in the hotel. However the welcome was warm and the price was super and the quality for value high. It is not fancy but exactly what it is for. The desk was open 24/7 and we were given a parting cup of expresso by the night manager after paying our bill at 4:30 am. One more nice touch.

A little tired, but good value for a modest price

for one night beofre an early flight this hotel is perfectly OK.
The decor are a little tired and as a chain the management should carry out a critical inspection to replace worn carpet etc.
Bed comfortable and bathroom shower over the bath was sufficiently powerful. Added plus was a safety handle.
The weekend receptionist spoke perfect english and could not have been more helpful.
Breakfast was far better than I expected
Plenty of parking space
