The gentleman that was working security during the early morning hours (4:30am) on the 20th that helped us check in was absolutely amazing (I apologize I don't remember his name, it was a long travel day). He arrived within minutes, did not seem annoyed or inconvenienced, treated us like it was a normal check in time, and drove us (we followed him) to the front of our building. He was extremely helpful and also warned us to not leave food in our vehicle due to the bears. All around great experience. Please find out who this gentleman is and recognize him for us! I was in the service industry and know how important it is to receive positive feedback (it always seems to be negative these days). Great experience! We are already planning our next visit.

Liz who helped book our reservation was wonderful also, she called the morning we arrived to see how everything was going.

Great Location, Great Amenities

Maybe a five minutes walk to the gondola, or a couple of minutes to the Christie II chair lift, you could easily consider this a ski-in, ski-out location.

We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a great view over to the slopes and the ski-village. There is a great pool, two hot-tubs and a sauna. Above the pool is a gym. On the ground floor there is a great boot room which is heated so when you get your gear ready for a day on the slope all is well and warm!

There is ample parking (one lot is actually under cover - great for keeping the car in good shape on those Champagne powder days) and on every other floor there is a laundry.

The building is in good shape and the condo we stayed in was well stocked.

Although the slopes are a couple of miles from the town of Steamboat Springs itself, there is a free bus service and actually plenty to do on the mountain if you don't want to travel. Would definitely go back and stay here again.

easy access to everything, walk to slopes, ski out is close to doors. Nice amenities, free laundry is a big plus. condos are not overly large but have everything you need for a great ski week. Hot tub overlooking slopes is great after pounding the mountain for a hard day skiing

An Excellent Stay on the Slopes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bronze Tree Condominiums. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the full kitchen allowed us to eat breakfast and lunch in our room every day and avoid prices on the mountain. Being able to ski right down to the lockers made coming and going very simple. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, and being walking distance from the base area was also really nice. The bathrooms in our condo were a bit cramped and outdated, but they worked. The parking garage was also a tight fit for SUVs with ski racks. Overall though, I'd definitely recommend the Bronze Tree Condominiums for your ski vacation.

Perfect Setting For a Perfect Week

My two boys and I shared a wonderful week of skiing and fun in Steamboat. While the skiing and snow is the primary reason, this condo made the stay perfect. We stayed in BT-305, which has two bedrooms (one w/two queens and the other with a king), two full baths, a kitchen, dining area, living room, and deck. The accommodations were great and the free shuttle service was excellent. We hit the hot tub after skiing/snowboarding and they had 2 - one outdoors and one indoors next to an indoor pool and sauna. The place is convenient to the ski hill (have to walk in for about one hundred steps to get to the hill and put your skis on, but can ski right to the sidewalk on the way home). The lockers for skis and snowboards is large and locked with your room key. We just loved it!
