Good location
Choi Yon 28/05/2017 08:30The place is near metro station Jungmuro for green and purple line. The green line is a circular line in Seoul which can reach couple of popular places or switch various lines.
Note that the nearest metro exit doesn't have escalator. Be sure you don't mind to walk stairs up and down.
Bus 6015 can reach the place from airport.

shidong85on 24/04/2017 13:28Brown suites residence its a small apartment hotel that is conveniently located near train station and just right below the apartment there is covenience stores. There is also a airport limo bus stop just right behind brown suites.
Perfect place in the heart of Seoul

This place is very near to Seoul station.Many nearby tourist attraction and service is quiet good.Very close to lotte mart and emart. There is a joggers park just opposite to Brown stone.This place is also very close to Hongdae and Itaweon(heaven for party lovers).
Spacious and beautiful views
AJ Mon 21/02/2017 11:50We have just came back from a tiny shoebox room in Tokyo Best Washington and expected the same in Seoul. What a terrific surprise! Beautiful two bedroom suite with nice modern furniture - open space, kitchen, living room area, and walk in wardrobe - something I always cherish. We have a lot of luggage for work etc - it is great to have extra space to place everything in.
The best of all is the view - amazing big glass windows let you experience the city.
Reading the other reviews I am not entirely sure what is to be expected for around 60-100$ per night, but it has delivered and more for us.
If you need a very spacious suite with a penthouse feel in the middle of Seoul on a mid-budget - this place is for you.
Minuses? Perhaps for people with kids I would note there is no bathtub. Also you windows let some sound in- I would not recommend to anyone who has troubles sleeping to book below the 10th floor.
Pluses? It reminds me of Harrods apartments in London which overlook Hyde Park in Knightsbridge. Very private and very special. Great place to invite friends over from another hotel.
Thoroughly recommended.
comfort and convenience in one spacious apartment
Ablet Don 18/02/2017 14:16The Brown Suites Residences are spacious apartments that is conveniently located near traiin stations, restaurants, covenience stores, and the Lotte departement store and supermarket. I love the mid-sized walk in closets and the big rooms that are perfect for a family of 4-5. The living room area has a big-screen tv and a comfortable couch beside a huge floor to ceiling window that offers a good view of the surrounding area. Kitchen is well-appointed. Bed linens were fresh and clean. The apartment staff at the lobby was helpful and can speak english.
The suites are a 10-min walk to the Seoul Main a
nd the City Hall train stations. A few steps from the lobby are 2 bus stops, one of which is a pick- up/drop-off point for airport shuttle buses. It is very convenient esp for a family with several luggages. Taxis are also easy to find in the vicinity.
