2:00PM check in time but they (owner) let my family with 2 small kids standing around until 3:30PM with their arguments no rooms available and offered us to stay in other hotel eventhough we booked on Hotels.com 2 days ahead. We asked to refund money to go to other hotel but the owner did not give to us. At 3:30 we checkin to the room but their staff still cleaning and moving other guests belongings out, that was acceptable. The owner was on present and had a bad behavior toward to us.

I reaaly liked the Great Staff

When I arrived there was a initial problem as I only had a hand written reference number with my booking as was told that there was no booking and no rooms were available.

After an hour of sorting this out I was taken too my room. Later I discovered that I had an uncanny resemblance to the homeless guy drinking beer at the local shop next door and this may have contributed too the initial problem. And the fact the I think the hotel catered more for tour and family groups off Russian more than solo travellers

The room was basic but that is what I expected. TV reception rudimentary, but I was not there for TV. The breakfast on the roof top was ample.

The staff were really good after the initial confusion and I was welcomed like a family member. The owner helped me with ointment for my cracked feet. When I left the gentleman on reception gave me directions to the bus station shook my hand and gave me a friendly genuine smile. I really liked these guys.

One night was enough

We arrived late in nha trang with no accomodation and just rocked up to this place. Cost is cheap, no breakfast included. Is near the beach and markets but far from the nightlife and activity. We had 3 nights in nha trang and left this place after 1 night. Rooms are very very basic and old. When we went to ours the window connecting the room to the main hall was wide open as was the window in the bathroom. There was ants all over the walls in the bathroom and even had some crawl on me in the bed. Wouldnt stay here again.

Big rooms - that's it!

We stayed here over New Years and was looking for something cheap but still nice. The good thing about the hotel is the big rooms which is nice when traveling with friends.
The breakfast was not very good. We only ate the eggs - the rest was't the usual asian breakfast but more russian dishes.
We counted that two of the staff members spoke english and wasn't for much help - not even to get you stuff out of the save.
We got two of our phones stolen NYE at the Sailing Club by the beach. To get our insurance we needed to get a stamp for the hotel saying that we were in the town - but they didn't want to help us. I have no idea if the police will punish them in anyway but they were very unfriendly and didn't want to corporate.

In total - you can find something cheaper with this quality.

Convenient but noisy

We stayed here for 3 nights at $25 per night which made it the most expensive hotel of our Vietnam trip, it was also the worst hotel by some margin. We were not given the top floor room as promised (always a good idea to have a top floor rom as they might have a view but more importantly they are always quieter). The hotel faces onto a busy road where the horns start early in the morning and the walls are paper thin so you are awoken by every footstep on the marble floors. The water is only Luke warm, far from our idea of hot enough for an enjoyable shower. There are cheaper, better hotels in Nha Trang but you have to hunt them down.
