We have stayed in this hotel quiet a few times
We have never been disappointed friendly staff
Any time of the day or night, reading one of the reviews
You only have to ask for a kettle they will also give you your
Tea and coffee for free,
(Cleaner )it has been the same cleaners every time we have been
There change of sheets and towels (all) every other day if you happen
To have a accident they will change the sheets there and then for you
WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING GO MISSING OUT OF OUR ROOMS
Rooms are basic but very clean we have stayed on the front back and side
Of the hotel to be honest we found that the side was noisey at night
About the food they do a deal at night 3 course meal as the same as a main
Meal but just smaller portions brilliant hope this helps you to decide to use this hotel
At the moment wife won't go to turkey bcus of the unrest it is good for all ages though

The hotel was very basic as was breakfast but it was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is situated in the centre of Altinkum right next to the domus stop and very very convenient for the beach bars and restaurants

just home from staying in the burak for a week
nice hotel very basic no kettle hair dryer dont work
cleaner dont change sheets.
could be more cleaner tbh
staff friendly when you can find them as not always about but when u do find one they would go out of your way to help you.
room 319 the eletric dont work

Brilliant hotel

Just returned from the burak after a week's stay. Could not fault it. Hotel is basic but clean. Great location. Pool is great. Staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Cheap and cheerful

The burak hotel was really close to the main nightlife and offered us a relaxed stay. the pool was fine and the bar side environment was nice too.

It was a little family holiday rather than young people.

This was July 2015.
The man at the front desk after midnight hated our guts. We were 2 girls enjoying a single girls holiday and he viewed us as slappers because we were out most nights.

The two guys (turkish ant and dec) that ran the bar area were lovely and so much fun! Made our stay better.

It felt safe and secure. The bathrooms were very dated but they did us as long as your not too fussy!
