Nice hotel with Uludag kebabcisi around the corner

Good clean hotel with private parking space below the hotel. Good and friendly staff and close to places you have to visit in Bursa. But best is ofcourse Bursa's most famous restaurant that is around the corner you have to visit and eat at. Uludag kebabcisi. I will recommend this hotel for everyone

We stayed here with 4 adults and 1 ten year old for a single night.
Our car was securely parked in the hotels private parking.
Bellhop was immediately available to help us unload and reload our car of baggages during check in and check out.
Clerk at the reception was very welcoming, friendly and informative of local attractions and eateries.
Fairly comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Rooms not too spacious but not too small either.

Overall, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Good for visiting the city

We always chose this hotel in bursa since its near kent maydan it a shopping center across the street , but all our visit we had a room with a back view .
The staff are not that much welcoming .
Beware of traveling agent in the reception , we had booked with them a mini bus tour for a mounting visiting and sight seen we are two adult with two kid and there a family of two adult , so the drop us in the green mosque to see it and go around , after that they switch the mini bus to a small van and ask us to do arrangement to set , it's not a good thing so we ask them to take us back to the hotel and give us our money and after a half hour the bring back the mini bus .
We will never ever go with them again.
So in the next day i went to the stop point of taxi driver and ask them to take us and we had a deal with more of the half price of the tour gay and they have been more friendly and welcoming .

The service and ambiance of this hotel was superb. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is close to shopping, the metro, and late night eating spots. You will love this place. It is a lovely location.

Just an average hotel

The best thing about this hotel is its great location. It is located around many restaurants and is just across a big shopping mall. It is also walking distance from the Koza Han (silk bazaar) and Ulu Cami (Bursa grand mosque).

This hotel did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The carpet in our room was filthy as it was completely covered in stains. Also, the bathroom had so much mold all around the tub and sink.

Also, the guest relations staff was very pushy. We hadn't even checked into the hotel and the staff member immediately started to offer us to book trips.

I must say the breakfast buffet was really good as it had a large variety of food.

There are 4-5 star hotels in Bursa but they are in secluded areas where you would have to use transportation every time you wanted to leave the hotel. This is the main reason as to why I chose to book this hotel.
