Great Staff

The location is excellent if you want to stay in Seminyak, it is a few minutes walk to the main restaurant and shopping areas and close to the beach and clubs.

The Villas are 12 years old and the bedroom and bathroom fixtures are showing their age and are due for refurbishment.

We stayed for 14 nights and our Villa backed onto the busy street and the late night traffic noise was quite excessive but we didn't let it ruin our stay. If we'd thought about it at the time we could have asked to be moved to a Villa on the other side of the property (hindsight is a valuable thing).

After an initial disappointment, we embraced what the place had to offer, locality, security, privacy, private sparkling pool, beautiful gardens, a spotlessly clean room, excellent staff and fantastic cooked breakfasts every morning.

Yes the place is in need of some refurbishment, yes the street is noisy but all this aside, when we look at the price we paid, the high standard of housekeeping and meals included in our package I believe we certainly had value for money.

We would definitely return.

Thanks to all the Reception and Housekeeping staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed here recently, 3 adults and 2 kids in the 3 bedroom villa, staff are lovely, pool is huge as are the rooms, beds were really really comfortable. There is a spa a couple of doors down and it was amazing, really friendly atmosphere and $6.50 for an hour massage. 5 minute walk to the Main Street and mini mart across the road. We all enjoyed our stay here.

A Disappointment

This villa promised a lot but fell well short of what was required ,
It is located on the corner of 2 busy roads & the traffic noise well into the night left everything to be desired .
There was a major problem with mosquitoes & despite spraying & fogging the problem never went away .Our request to have a mosquito net to sleep under was declined .
One of our party arrived 2 days after the original party & although arrangements were made for a car & driver to pick this person up they never turned up
Cleaning of the unit was less than average & water & teabags were regularly not replenished .
Finally on the last night we ordered dinner in ,I meal arrived quickly ,the other over an hour later -Totally unacceptable

We won't be staying there again & suggest you don't either

Bungalows with private pools. Very well maintained property with great privacy as well as service. Ideal for couples or family. Easy access to local tourist places. Spa is very premium and priced accordingly.

Stayed for 6 nights - 2 adults, 2 kids (aged 7 & 8), booked through Cantik Bali Villas.
Our whole experience of this establishment was fantastic. The villa was quiet (hardly any street noise), secure and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was included and there was a choice of a full a la carte menu to choose from (western, Indonesian, cooked and continental choices) we highly recommend the crepes! Full room service for lunch and dinner available too. Not too expensive.
Pool and gardens were lovely.
A bonus that we didn't know about is that you can book treatments at their nearby property bvilla + spa, they provide transport and i got 30% discount on treatments.
Mini marts close by, and only 5 min walk to Oberoi St.
