Bugs in my BED!
Zippy42dayon 28/08/2017 21:23Stay 2 nights at this location. Nice hotel, nice people. found bugs in my bed the second night and talked to night clerk. Never heard back from managers until I sent an email. Was told they would be back in touch - never contacted me. Next I am writing to the state health department. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Clay Won 26/08/2017 18:46Hotel was clean and room was clean. Easy to check out. I made reservation thru CLC , but wasn't already checked in also asked for 1st floor and got put on top floor . I don't understand why CLC is always put on upper floors.

cbomar1on 22/08/2017 01:13I was there with a large group to judge The NPC Total Body Championships. This was the first time for this hotel to host an event like this. They did GREAT! Amber was a fantastic example of personable and efficient customer service! She truly impressed me every time I spoke with her from check in to check out & in between. The free hot breakfast has either bacon or sausage, biscuits AND you MUST try May's secret family recipe for scrambled eggs. She is a SUPER person, great cook but she's not giving up that secret recipe. Guess I'll just have to come back often!
There is a microwave, fridge & great selection of coffees & teas in every modern well appointed clean room. Very comfortable bed & very quiet. Air works great. No musty humid smell like so many places.
No actual restaurant but you can get wine in the evening & a dozen great places to eat very nearby.

dawnpZ9014FOon 10/08/2017 04:14Beautiful decor inside the rooms and lobby. Good and hot breakfast. Convenient location to the highway, shopping and restaurants. Seems like it was built in the last couple of years. would definitely recommend this hotel.

Barb Son 06/08/2017 16:40VERY VERY comfortable hotel. Great hotel front desk assistance at check in. We we were able to use our travel cards with no problems at all. Restaurants were within walking distance. Not exactly easy to find off highway but believe this will be corrected in the near future.
