keirajjon 26/08/2016 23:39Stayed in for two nights, really enjoyed it. Nicola was very helpful and patient when we checked in, showing us where to go and where to eat (pasta, pizza and ice cream). Tried most of them, amazing food and experience. The location is superb, very close to st Marco, thus every night we came back quite late as it was so convenient to find the way back. Strongly recommended. If back to Venice, will stay in again. Cosy room, nice breakfast.

The location of the b&b is great, the staff are friendly and always helped us if we asked where to go for the day and gave us directions when we wasn't sure, Saint Marks square is a 5 min walk if that.. Unless you get lost as the streets all look the same! Rialto bridge was a couple mins walk but u could see it from the end of the alley by the grand canal.. Breakfast was good, toast, croissants and cereal.. Tea coffee or juice. The only thing I would suggest is giving the walls a lick of paint and tidying it up.. Then it would be more appealing to people. It's not nice when u have a mosquito stuck on the wall where someone else has squashed it previously.! Overall we had a nice stay here in Venice the room was fine and the location was great.
Good Location, Great Staff
Claire Con 28/04/2016 08:09Located close to the liveliest areas of Venice, and close to the Rialto ferry stop, this was a great choice of place to stay in Venice. The staff were very helpful, showing us where the best areas to eat etc were. The room was basic, but clean and spacious. A simple breakfast at 5 euros per night was provided, croissants and coffee/tea. We would stay again.

Walk-in level smelled like the canal. Room keys are not the easiest to use (skeleton, need to use to open and lock room door). Room wasn't quiet. We could hear everyone walking down the stairs from the floor above. The a/c unit made a hum noise. Along with the radiator making some noises on and off. And the breakfast consists of bread and yogurt.
Amazing stay, next to San Marco, great host!
Hrvojka Son 09/09/2015 17:48We got a great and quiet room, in the center of Venice, but very near San Marco. The owner, Marco, gave us many many tips and was an excellent host. The room was great and cosy and the breakfast was served too. I can only recommend the place!
