280elinaton 06/08/2017 18:25Location was perfect, nice and peaceful street but close to everything. Our room was at the top floor, so lot of stairs but it was okay for us. It was nice and cool in the room and very clean. Breakfast was basic but enough to start a day. Staff members were really friendly and polite.
Small but perfectly located

Quirky hotel that occupies the top two floors of a residential building, staff. Service, and breakfast is four star, and represents excellent value for money

Nancyann-George Bon 11/07/2017 01:25Met up with my oldest son, who'd been backpacking Europe for a month. My first trip abroad, and Venice was the first of four cities visited. What a beautiful property and incredibly warm hospitality. We were greeted by the sweetest young lady, who made us feel instantly welcomed. Our room was IMMACULATE, extremely comfortable and cozy. The breakfast buffet was limited in selection, but plentiful. The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of the city. I look forward to being able to visit this gorgeous city again someday, and will definitely book our stay at the Ca Riccio.

Alison Con 27/06/2017 08:13First visit to Venice and we were not disappointed. Hard to find this hotel and got lost every time we went out but managed in the end! Quiet and clean hotel and very small and personal. Beds comfy and breakfast was delicious. This was a real gem of a place and its location was perfect for sightseeing. Loved Venice and loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
This budget? This neighborhood? The best choice!
James Bon 25/06/2017 14:54Clean and cozy, but with high ceilings to give you more of a sense of space. A fine restoration, tucked into the Cannaregio area. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Only about 7 – 9 rooms. Be prepared for some steps up to their floor, and to notify them of your arrival time. Brief walk from the Fondamente Nova boat stop.
If you come in hot and tired at the end of the afternoon, it is nice to have 4 or 5 little trattorie only a few steps away, so as not to have to get back on a boat, if you don’t wish. This neighborhood is just like that, a bit quieter and out of the way of most pedestrian traffic, but with intimate little squares and streets to offer you pleasant surprises. High recommendation!
