Although we only stayed one night Dena was very accommodating. The room was beautifully furnished and the grounds immaculate.

Breakfast was very good as well.

Would highly recommend for a quiet weekend getaway.

It was great. John and Dena are very friendly and attentive owners. House and grounds were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty! Great location - 5min from Storm King Art Center and Brotherhood Winery. 15 min from Newburgh restaurants and 25 min from West Point. Perfect weekend getaway spot for a trip to the Hudson Valley!

Perfect choice in Hudson Valley. I would definitely return to this beautiful and friendly bed and breackfast. It is ideally located within the valley and a few minutes from Storm King Art Center park. The attention of John and Dena was very pleasant.

The Cauldwell House Bed and Breakfast is absolutely amazing. Staying here is like stepping back in time. The rooms are furnished with period furniture and everything is super clean. The rooms have private baths too. Breakfast is a real treat with home style flavor. It's located near the Brotherhood Winery and in the quaint town of Washingtonville. A friendly husband and wife team run it. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay here.

Amazing Wedding Weekend Retreat

Where to begin! We had an amazing experience with the Caldwell House B&B from start to finish. My husband and I got married in the area this past May and wanted to find a place where we could stay along with our wedding party. The Caldwell House exceeded our expectations. We booked all of the rooms at the B&B a year out and the B&B's staff worked with us to ensure that our guests felt comfortable and events went smoothly. Our entire wedding party stayed there and all got ready for the wedding ceremony the wedding morning. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and right at home. John & Dena and their entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, that we were taken care of, and that all of our guests had a wonderful stay. Our friends & family all raved about their stay. The rooms were all extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The girls also used the bridal lounge to get ready in the morning of which was wonderful! We also held our wedding weekend "farewell brunch" at the inn which was fabulous. The food all weekend was delicious! I can't say enough wonderful things about the Caldwell House - the first thing we did when we got home from our wedding weekend was book our 1-year anniversary there :) We are grateful for all of the staff at Caldwell House for helping to make our wedding weekend so wonderful! We would definitely recommend the B&B without hesitation for your next event, romantic getaway, or relaxing retreat with friends & family.
