What People are saying

Ugh.

Andria1055on 24/02/2017 04:27

I don't even know where to begin. The bed was arched in the middle. The furniture was quite old. The water heater is mounted over the toilet tank, my husband kept hitting his head on it when he went to lift the seat, which he also had to hold because it would not stay up. There was no internet in the apt. Supposedly there would be internet available in the office but the office was only open till 7. And that internet was also slow. There was supposed to be a laundry facility in the building but there was not. The location of the hotel is across the street from some late nigh bars. If you are also out late at the bars this may not be an issue for you but the party across from the hotel goes to around 3 am 7 nights a week. The only positive thing I can say abouth this hotel is that the woman who worked at the desk always had a smile and tried to help.

Disappointed

Our family of five, 2 adults and 3 children stayed here in December. Good location, very basic apartment . I liked the handy little private room in the hall way that we had for storing the ski gear.
Unfortunately the power went out frequently, if you ran dishwasher and lights at same time. Should have realised this when the staff member who checked me in showed me the power board. This became a problem when the whole apartment lost power late in the evening and we couldn't turn it back on using the in room switchboard. Room was loosing heat quickly and we had to call after hours number we found in front window of hotel. After a few calls back and forth, we were guided through turning power on using the main switchboard in the main hallway. Not very safe. But it did get the heating back on.
Couldn't check in till after 3, but needed to out by 10 am. They wanted 60€ for a late checkout at noon!
Furniture was dodgy too. My daughter fell when bunk ladder broke and she injured herself. Reported this to manager, who didn't really care.

Nice conditions

We were a group of 6 friends and stayed in an apartment on the last floor. The apartment has a room, a double bed just by the door and a living room with kitchen that has a sofa bed. Moreover it has a balcony and, for ski/snowboard practicers it has a collection outside the apartment just next do the door that can hold all the material. Overa the conditions were nice although we couldnt use the heat and the washing machine(yeah) at the same time, because the lights would go out.
