Not So Budget In Quality

Had major issues recently finding a hotel in the area, was told about this hotel by a colleague. Major surprise, we normally use the Sheraton or Marriott near Keystone, so didn't know what to expect from a more budget hotel I'd never heard of. I'm no hotel snob either BTW! So, fantastic friendly check in, all staff said hello or asked if everything was OK. Quick beer after check-in, as you do, great bar staff too.Nice large IMO room, great walk-in shower, spotlessly clean throughout. Just one more thing, the WiFi was screaming fast! So crucial when on business or keeping up with video chat to family in Europe and UK, top marks. Highly recommended alround

Great Place

Nice place. Nice room, clean, spacious.
Front desk staff was awesome. Super kind, smiling, very accommodating.
Received a nice upgrade and had no problem extended the stay on very short notice. I travel quite a bit and this was a top notch stay and service. Will definitely be back!!!

PLEASE READ!! DO NOT GO HERE!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Got to the hotel at 4 am. Did not have prior reservations. Purchased two king suites. Man who checked us in said we would check out at 11. Went down for breakfast, one sign on the wall said kids under 10 eat 1/2 price for the buffet. They have the breakfast set up to where you don't know if you pay first or just grab food. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes (multiple workers just walked right by) finally was able to get someone's attention who told us to grab a plate with food. Asked if my daughter could have a glass of milk, she said we would have to wait until our server came over. Found a seat, sat down to eat. another 15 mins went by, the server finally came and got our drink order. Then walked away and started to bus tables and check her tips. finally had to go to the bar to ask for our drinks after all of our food was already gone. (the bartender was very helpful) the younger girl who took our order finally returned to the table, not even an apology for forgetting the drinks. Just brought the bill right over. Was charged full price for my daughter, at that point I was so upset, I just paid it. (I've been serving for 10 years, I understand people forget and make mistakes, I do too. We are human, you still have to acknowledge it. If she would have just said sorry, she would have gotten a much better tip, and had customers who were a lot happier.) It took so long for us to eat it was already 1030! Called down to see if we could extend checkout out an hour. Nobody answered. Got downstairs (we were on the 4th floor) they said they did not do late checkouts, we had to be out by 11 or could extend our stay and do late checkout for 1/2 the daily rate.. So I rushed back up ( you share an elevator with all of the maids, so it takes foreverrrrr!) got my kids packed and went down to check out right in the nick of time. This time the lady told me that we were checked in until Monday at a one night rate since we didn't arrive until 4 am on Sunday. At this point I asked to speak with a manger and was told there was no management on duty until Monday. I seriously felt so bad for my family. I was screaming and rushing them to get out of the room as we did not have the money for an extra $120 charge. Loaded the car up with our stuff since it was already down and let my daughter swim for a little bit. (the pool is really small, like 12x16) but she still enjoyed it because there were other kids. Got home this morning and looked at my account, Was charged twice for both of the rooms. Two charges for $122.08 and one for $244.16. I called the hotel who told me they only see one charge. Asked to speak to the general Manger Jeremy Geisendorff, and was told that he wouldn't be in the whole week. So she transferred my call to the "front end manager" Who did not answer. I left a message and am still waiting for a call back. I am so unbelievably upset. I'm a single mom with two kids, I work two jobs, and every penny counts for us. I'm hopeful that the payment issue will be resolved, but it's the beginning of the month and I paid all of my bills. Now I'm praying that my landlord doesn't cash the rent check, because there isn't enough money in there.

Overall, the hotel is nice and the beds are comfortable, But they've really got to get their customer service together.

Nice place !

Clean, and comfortable, would stay here again. The staff were the stars at this place. Top to bottom they were helpful. I had a minor problem with the sink design, to 21st Century for me, but the staff again came thru. Near a lot of stuff, so no shortage of things to do, if you like coming to Noblesville !

Great place!

My kids and I stopped here for a quick overnight stay on our trek down south. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Great location. Staff were quite helpful. My only thought - the breakfast buffet is overpriced. The "grab n go" breakfast items were muffins, apples, and granola bars. It'd be great if some sort of continental breakfast was included for the price. Overall very nice place.
