What People are saying

One Night Stay

kenbearfieldon 07/08/2017 14:51

Quite hotel located in an industrial estate.about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Rooms are small, but ok for a one night stay No aircraft noise.Restaurant had a very limited menu, breakfast was ok.

ok for a night

Normalpeopleworrymeon 01/08/2017 10:27

Room was very hot, although you could open window the safety shutters blocked any air circulating. Amazing shower, good bed. Not quiet-plumbing seemed to run every 15mins. No probs at all with wifi, code is in room. Kettle, but only plastic water cups-i was worried the heat woyld melt them! I appreciate people may steal china cups, but cardboard coffee cups would be better. I walked from the airport-about 3km but not direct. I wouldn't want to do it at night/with kids.
breakfast was ok. Continental with some hot food. Not worth €11.
Room smelt musty.
An effort is being made to address previous issues raised in the feedback.
Don't pay more than €50 for a room and you should be happy.

Disappointed

I know this hotel is only 2 star but still...
The towels were threadbare, tiles grubby, there was tea and coffee but no mugs only plastic cups, only one flat pillow each and the whole room needed a lick of paint. The food was especially expensive, I ordered a crispy chicken salad for €14. It was basically a chicken fillet chopped up on some salad. Could have done better at home for a fiver.
Staff...
The 2 ladies I spoke to at the desk were lovely. The guys in the restaurant were not friendly, felt like they didn't want us there and could not really be bothered. There was no welcoming greeting or even a smile.
Pretty sure I read before I booked that the rooms were sound proofed due to being close to the airport, if they were it was badly done. Could hear traffic on the road and people coming and going.
I can say the shower was amazing, very powerful and much needed after my holiday.
Over all... Over priced, tired looking, in need of refurbishment and not welcoming.

The worst hotel I know

I am not fancy, but this hotel is a challenge for any traveller.

The biggest problem I had: I left belongings in my room and they were stolen (clothes, food... staff you do not keep in the safe normally).
The hotel is in bad shape, unkept (check pictures).
Staff at reception are not very kind, they did not help me a bit with my stoleng belongings.
Poor ventilation in the room, it smells terribly.

You get what you pay for.

I guess you can say you get what you pay for. Spent a week at this establishment and I can't say it was the worst not best stay I've ever had. What I disliked the most was the overpriced breakfast/food they offered and that the cleaning staff would randomly enter rooms with their master key to clean. Regardless if we hung the 'Do not Disturb' or 'Please clean room' tag on the doorknob. At one point I was half asleep and a cleaning lady entered quietly however quickly left as I pretended to remain asleep, and I wasn't pleased. I also would have expected that if the checkout time is at 12PM, even if we are the ones checking out or not - that cleaning serviced would not commence as early as 8AM. Sometimes I would be awoken by the cleaning staff knocking on my door, or their exceptionally loud music outside my room. Also their cleaning is bare minimum, at most they only do the bed sheets and replace wet towels. Dust and everything aren't cleaned.
