As good as it looks!
FilipeR83on 20/10/2016 22:19It s a fair simple park & sleep roadside hotel. It s clean, confortable and quiet.
The staff is nice and helpful, still we haven t tried none of the restaurant facilities except for an expresso or two to take - that were pretty good (believe me, I m Portuguese and we also know about expresso ;) )!
Also, it s not bad located at all: you have metro & train at a walking distance of 10-15m, a night bus coming from the center that leaves you in the surrounding neighbourhood and also you have a mall next to the metro & train station with a lot of shops and supermarket;

Mike Hon 10/10/2016 11:01Nice hotel food is really nice also cooked fresh in front of you, shops and other bars are 10 mins walk away it's very quiet round there 21:00-22:00 and most things are closed but town centre probably about 10-15 mins drive away overall hotel nice clean and staff friendly.
Motel Like Accomodation
JensTetzon 06/09/2016 07:05According to the relatively low price should not expect too much luxury or convenience. The standard is rather low. But there is free parking which is very necessary, because without a car it is difficult to get into the city center. As the hotel is on a major street, you should be prepared for traffic noise. Bring ear plugs! The service was friendly.
Very comfortable and peaceful
rondonelon 28/05/2016 19:49We had stayed in Campanile hotels before and this was typical of the layout. It wasn't easy to find so we were grateful we had a sat nav. Trying to locate it the next day was difficult so again we had to use the Sat Nav. However, it was vey peaceful and relaxing and we enjoyed our few days there exploring Holland. We met a Dutchman who was staying five weeks before moving to another country for work and he helped explain different things we were to visit. He clearly felt, it was home from home.
the staff were very helpful and one member helped my husband locate an old University friend with whom he had lost touch with. We would happily stay there again and it was a relaxing place to stay having a beer in the cool little garden courtyard on a hot day!
Excellent customer service
clv085on 05/04/2016 08:26I would like to highly recommend this hotel for the true gentle staff, for being understandable and helpful. After booking 3 night stay I just realized that I could't make it on the dates booked because of personal reasons. Although I could not make it this year, I would definitely go there when in Rotterdam!! Customer care as its best :)
