Motel not Hotel
nathankopon 21/05/2016 23:54Definitely not for the summer months! Rooms without AC and no ventilation. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but that's it... I couldn't open the window because it is located near a water and there was full of insects coming in the room. Maybe this place is only for the winter months!

annettet824on 12/05/2016 21:44The room was smelly and unpleasant to stay in. Also very hot in the night - it was not possible to get proper ventilation.
Access to the room was also a problem - too much to carry the luggage to the second floor - installation of an elevator would be convenient. The staff did not offer to help.
The location was inconvenient and noise from the traffick was a problem.
But it was very nice to have the possibility of sitting on the terrace in the good weather.

2012JandBSon 27/04/2016 20:03As per other reviews the hotel is an old style motel where rooms run off an outdoor walkway.
Good stuff: Staff were lovely, really helpful and sorted out any questions for me. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The car park is on site and you are close to the motorways. Recommended if you are on a budget and the wireless was free. The location is perfect for local business offices, but please note, it is not in the city, so I wouldn't agree that this is a good location for seeing / visiting the city sites.
Not so good.
My room faced the front, which means I was always conscious of the road noise and had to sleep with ear plugs. The rooms are extremely dated. I did not enjoy having people walk past the window to the rooms, even with the thin voile in place. returning late in the evening was not pleasant due to there being no reception and the stairs area was not particularly well lit. Breakfast was basic, but fresh. Simple evening meals are available in the main reception building.
Convenient Location
MarcKenyaon 18/04/2016 12:00The hotel was easy to find and very convenient for visiting Den Bosch. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite and to my relief spoke excellent English. The restaurant served some very tasty food with a chef's special every day. I would recommend them any time.
Basic and good
Isabel Won 21/03/2016 21:51This is not luxury accommodation- it's basic and motel like. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. We seemed to be the only tourists as most of the other residents were business people and workmen. The chef cooked for us (we ate early and were pretty much the only people in the dining room). You could actually watch him. Food was good and there was a reasonable choice. Breakfast was more than adequate and everyone was helpful and welcoming.
