Despite having a reservation, we did not get a room

The hotel (more of a motel really) made a mistake and listed inventory they did not have.
When we arrived at around 11pm, tired and just waiting to go to sleep, we were informed (not very nicely) that everyone made a mistake (the booking site, us, everyone - except Campus Inn themselves, apparently) - and we're going to need to find another place to stay.

They provided zero assistance, and zero apologies.

Convenient and Clean

Stayed here with my wife and daughter on a busy night in Eugene.

Room was fine, clean, large and had good amenities with Fridge, Microwave etc.
Staff were good, friendly and helpful.

Cost for the night was $122 but as comparison La Quinta Inn was almost $400 same night (busy)

Breakfast was basic with limited choice but it did the job of getting us through to lunch. With breakfast there was no room to sit as it was in a corner of reception. (One table against the wall with about 4 chairs) but it met our expectations fine.

With the convenient location and the facilities I'd stay here again.

We were too hot and the air conditioner was loud and almost completely ineffective, but then we are from the coast. Management was pleasant and charming and the room had everything we need, including coffee and a small fridge. (The location allowed us to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go except for the bakery that we drive to—could have walked but we were a little unsure of its location and wandering long distances on foot is no fun.)

Our family stayed in this motel as a last minute choice after a really long couple days on the road. We had been camping and the kids really wanted a hotel. We found this to be a decent price online ($120 for 2 queens)
The room was a good size! Happy with that but it smelled HORRIBLE! It smelled somewhere between pet urine and wet dog. The floors were filthy and there was a large spot that was sopping wet. But they kids were happy so... We were fine!

The beds were comfortable and well made and the staff was friendly.
Breakfast was free and had everything we needed.
Wanted to use the fitness center...but it was a joke 😂 the treadmill would stop randomly and the equipment was broken and didn't work. There was 1 hand weight... Just 1.
However this place was in a great little spot! I walked across the street to Whole Foods which was a welcome moment!!!

Again the people were super kind but it really needs to step up it's cleaning game. :) ...and maybe do something about that gym.

After working all day we returned to the room to find the dirty towels gone, bathroom trash emptied, 2 bath towels, no wash cloths no hand towels and beds not made. Went to front desk, they were "very" sorry but housekeeping gone, would I like some linens and the room cleaned "extra good" the next day. I really dislike condescending people, especially when I have paid for a service that was not received. Tried to contact manager, only in from 10:30 - 11:00 in the morning. Waiting to see if I get a call back. Also the continental breakfast was waffles and juice only, no fruit nor other offerings. Another note but not necessarily the motels fault, an alarm went off in a car in the parking lot, it ran for 20 minutes at 5 am in the morning. The front office is supposed to be staffed 24 hours, why they didn't check whose car it was and call the room was beyond me. We had to register our vehicles at registration. Most of the guests in the motel were up and looking around (except for the owner of the car).
