Feels like Home away from Home
Rodney Son 08/08/2017 19:24All the amenities in the room were spectacular. Also the on site gym and laundry were great to have. Location was very convenient. Near local attractions and plenty of restaurants. Extremely close to the University of Buffalo, which is a good thing.
Family reunion
Dionne Won 05/08/2017 16:20Comfortable, clean suites. Wonderful staff. Laundry on site, pool at neighbor hotel. Maid service weekly but you can collect fresh linens at any time. We would certainly return to Candlewood when we are next in town.
Soccer weekend

It's true what most TA reviews say... friendly front desk and spacious clean room with kitchenette. Plenty of free parking and complimentary tea and brewed coffee.
Unfortunately cleaning services are not offered immediately. Clean towels are stored in a storage room by the lobby.
We asked for a late check out but was told they don't allow it. We only wanted to extend our check out by one hour. Just one hour. We weren't even given a reason for their decision.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay but I think there is some room for improvement with services.
Nice but not the greatest
Vishnupriya Son 02/06/2017 18:19It was cheap-priced. We stayed there for two nights and we had to fetch our own clean towels from the laundry room. There was no room cleaning and so there were not enough toiletries for our stay and we ended up going to the reception for everything. It was at a neat distance from Niagara and was centrally placed to the city and restaurants.
Wish I stayed longer

After realizing I was too tired to drive home, I decided to stay another night and chose this hotel. I wish I had chose this hotel in the first place. The front desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and rooms as well. We were lucky enough to check in earlier than stated. The beds were very comfortable having a kitchenette was a nice plus. The only issue was, the water had to run a little before getting hot. The water pressure in the shower was decent. I will be traveling to Buffalo more because my daughter will be attending the University so I'm sure this hotel will be my first choice. It's near the highways and right across from the University (literally). The Mall isn't far and there are plenty of places to eat in that area. The only down side is...I wish I could have stayed longer.
