We were traveling through and stopped here after a long day of travel. The staff was welcoming, the room was room and clean, beat of all the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend you stay here if you're coming through.

Not Enough Staff

We were very unhappy with our stay. It started when we called to make our reservation. They answered the phone Famous Dave's. That should have been my first clue. I called back to add a day to our stay and was put on hold for several minutes which is a common practice at this hotel. I ended up hanging up and not extending my stay. My room had ants in the kitchen area. I had to find the maintenance man because there was no one at the front desk. I was over charged and it took a week to get credited back. I was put on hold many times. The customer service was poor. Bottom line they didn't listen which resulted in more problems. So disappointed.

After driving 7 hours to get to Clarksville from Chicago, we were so ready to have a long night of sleep. Well the room was cozy, of course we checked out everything when we entered the room, one bed was squeaky, pillows had stains on some of them. The ice maker did not work! But just some minor things. During the middle of night was woke up by a dog barking. So of course, that peaceful rest was interrupted, but all in all, still a decent stay! The room did include a small kitchenette,

Under Construction

Let me start off on a good note. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is being rebranded. Lots of construction stuff around. One end of the parking lot was blocked off for the first 3 days of my stay. The garbage disposal did not work, bathroom exhaust fan was separated/hanging from ceiling, bathtub had cracks with poor repair job, and shower curtain rod was loose and sagging. Better Business Bureau sticker was about 3 years expired. Smoking area was right out front door, cig butts everywhere on ground.

My mother and I stayed here Saturday night at a cost of $104. Our room had a mini kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher and anything you would need to prepare food. The room was big and clean! The bed felt good and the top quality sheets were perfect. However, our room #106 was directly next door to housekeeping and at 9:00 pm (same time we went to bed) the washing machine started up, very loud I may add. I called front desk and asked how long should we expect to hear that and she said it would stop as soon as cycle completed and it did! Would stay here again but not in this room.
