My suite & the vestibules were clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Location was easy to find & close to market, restaurants, & shopping. Accommodations for dog was beyond any other establishment that I have visited; doggy walking area with waste receptacles & water fountains at the side entrances! (City has a dog park within a mile of this location as well!)

This was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and personable, Mikel, one of the managers. was AWESOME. We had a special request and he went above and beyond to help.
Although we only stayed for one evening, this would be excellent for longer term travelers - there is a small kitchen area in each room- with a full size refrigerator, with plates, utensils etc. Also a store area sells basic items as needed and even small appliances are available to borrow if needed. As mentioned, customer service was outstanding. There is an outdoor pool (we did not use - but it appeared in good condition), and the WiFi service was strong, very good too. Good location, walking distance to several eating places and shopping and a large convenience store.
Very good rates for the quality and service - we would highly recommend.

Very pleased! Great for a business trip.

Very accommodating staff and facility! I was very surprised when the young man at the desk verified that I wanted non-smoking. I didn't even know it was an option these days. He did say that after they finished remodeling all the rooms, there would probably not be smoking rooms, so if this is a concern, you might inquire with them. Location was good, right off of one of the main roads, so there would be plenty of choices for dining, shopping, etc. I stayed one night, Apr. 28, which just happened to be in the middle of a severe storm outbreak. With tornado sirens blaring the staff welcomed everyone into the main foyer to watch for developments and to prepare to take shelter.
Room was cozy and comfortable with a decent size desk to allow for using a laptop and still have adequate writing space. The kitchen area also looked nice, if you were staying long enough to enjoy it. I don't plan to have to stay in Ft Smith again anytime soon, but if I do have to, this place will be at the top of my list.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Office staff was very attentive, room was very comfortable. Great location close to everything you need. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. AAAA++++

Off the beaten path, but worth the extra driving

I arrived late on Easter Sunday, running on empty with a bag full of dirty clothes. My first floor room was great, but I moved it to excellent when I found that they had a complimentary laundry on premises. I'm a guy, so all of my clothes go in the same pile; dirty. I was able to get them done in one load, then dried my shorts in the dryer while my shirts air dried in the closet in my room. Driving out of Fort Smith the next day I found myself passing the occasional winery along I-40, which means there's a pretty good chance I'll find myself returning. I already know where to stay.
