This hotel is located in a quiet area, bike path running along the River in front of the hotel. Offers complimentary shuttle service to downtown. Shuttle stopped at 9:00pm and it was only a $8.00 Uber ride to get back to the hotel after 9:00pm. Hotel was quiet, room very large (one bedroom corner suite), very clean, very well maintained, curtains closed for total darkest to sleep well, nice kitchen, everything looked new. 2-cup coffee pot with coffee offered in the room, bathroom sink located outside the toilet and shower area, water in the shower was hot as soon as I turned it on, large closest in the hallway to store luggage or even a bicycle if riding the bike trail. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Near Riley Hospital

We have stayed here several times over the past year when we have gone to Riley. It is one of the closest options and has a full kitchen. It isn't fancy, but it has always been clean and the staff have always been decent to us. The only down fall is the elevators are extremely slow and you often find the cleaning staff filling them up in the mornings.

Perfect Place to stay for Indiana Convention Center

Wow! I reserved 4 rooms as we had 6 teens with 7 adults for a 9 night stay. We were in Indianapolis for a Bible Quiz Tournament at the Indiana Convention Center then a Youth Congress at Lucas Stadium. From the very start, staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in for first 2 rooms was quick and smooth. The hotel was full so the next day I couldn't check the other rooms in until 4pm but it worked out perfect as the rest of our group didn't arrive until 4:30pm. It is a quick 20 minute drive from the airport. The kitchens in the room were superb. Had high quality pots and pans and all the dishes you need. Had full refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher. We actually fixed all our meals in the room except ordering pizza once. Because we were extended stay, we didn't have room service daily but we could turn in any linens any time day or night for clean ones. The "cupboard" a little store across from the front desk had reasonably priced items - pop for a dollar instead of high prices at most hotels. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The shuttle service was superb also. Shuttle left on the hour. We used it for the convention center, Lucas Stadium, and also sightseeing downtown. There is a gazebo with 2 nice BBQ grills that we used to grill burgers. There was a laundromat - free. Wow! Again! There is a Kroger Grocery store a few minutes away and it is in a quiet beautiful area near the river. There are also many many choices of places to eat although we didn't choose to eat out. Parking lot was huge so no problem with parking. Elevators are small but they didn't pose any problem with our stay!

Poor Service

This hotel has the rudest manager ever named Dwayne. So checking out time and I reminded him don't charge my debit card. I specifically gave them a credit card to charge instead of debit card I booked hotel with. They said oh no we won't charge it. We will charge the credit card. Well guess what they charged my debit card and credit card. Instead if trying to fix he just says have your bank call call me. So aggravating!!!

Very close to IU Medical with free shuttle. Huge well kept rooms. I booked with ProCare while my Grandson was in the hospital and they are FANTASTIC, so helpful and they give you great advice and the best rates. The washer and dryer are a great help when you need to stay longer than your clothes would have let you.
