dirtydan831on 20/06/2017 19:17Overall, the stay was okay. This property is wedged into an area with multiple hotels in a small area. Check in as quick and the room was mostly clean. The coffee pot was disgusting. I advised the front desk as I was leaving and was assured it would be addressed. Good spot for a quick overnight.

frdon1776on 29/03/2017 17:04Staff is very friendly and efficient. Room was in great shape. Very clean and in good repair. Excellent location I can be anywhere in Jonesboro in less than 10 minutes. I stay here as often as possible.
Nice Place To Stay
Detailsimportanton 28/02/2017 00:57We stayed in a queen/suite room. Very nice and comfortable. Everything worked: TV, comfortable bed, refrigerator, lights, hot water for shower. Our room had a little cooktop, microwave, utensils, coffee pot and coffee etc. so you could cook there. Room was clean. They take pets and we brought our dog with no problems. Everyone who worked there was nice and polite. The place overall felt safe. It was quiet at night - no issues with noise. There looks to be a nice little work out room, and a small store to buy various snacks. Would stay again.
Could use an update

The room was not as large as other Candlewood Suites I have stayed at, the sound from other rooms was noticeable (especially the bath), and the overall look of the room needed work. The value would be in using the extras such as the gym or business center, the in-room mini kitchen with full size refrigerator, and it is close to shopping and restaurants.
Nice and comfortable
70schild63on 17/01/2017 17:24We stayed here two weekends in a row while shopping for a house in the area. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are suites, therefore they do not provide daily room service. That's the only issue we have. I don't need the trash pulled or my bed made daily, but I would prefer having fresh towels daily. I had to go down to desk nightly for fresh towels. Staff were very nice and helpful. I was told they only have room service every three days. That was my only issue. The rooms have kitchenettes with full refrigerators and two burner stoves. Most everything except an oven. Cable is pretty good. Bed was comfortable. Rates were reasonable, especially if you qualify for a special rate. Four stars for the linens.
