Donna Gon 21/08/2017 05:00We got a pretty good deal. The room was excellent. The bed was excellent as were the pillows. The entrance was warm and inviting as was the clerk. The shower was wonderful. The laundry was free and it was very clean. They even give you a clothes basket. We would definitely stay here again.

julianatayon 25/07/2017 03:49Stayed at Candlewood Suites as part of a road trip with my boyfriend and both of us love it.
Location: Love the location which is closer to many food options and grocery shops. :) Both of us always look the kitchen in the suite as it allows us to cook what we like to eat, especially since my boyfriend avoids carbs and is basically a meat eater.
Hotel: Another time we like about Candlewood is its predictability. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities expected. The room is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Of all the different options under IHG, Candlewood is our favorite and the one at Joplin did not disappoint.
Overall, I like this place and will definitely stay with them again if I am in the area.

Penny Bon 05/06/2017 20:35A very comfortable room! The beds were wonderful. The AC looked great. Be aware that they do not a breakfast of any type or coffee in the lobby. It is an extended stay hotel and they have grills available for guests. They also have dvds available. It was a great place to stay.
Don't waste your time
haytakesonusaon 04/06/2017 23:55Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel left a very sour taste in my mouth for all Candlewood properties. Whenever I got in with my family we waited for Carrie to finish her own task before she came to greet us. We then did not get a greeting, rather an attitude as if we were inconveniencing her. It was a long day that we had had and the service we received was not worth the money we spent. We could've stayed at the one of the surrounding hotels for less money and better service. Never will I return to this property and neither should you.
