Heather Con 09/07/2017 12:33The stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds are comfortable. It is a convenient location. Close to everything! We were able to get a roll away. I would recommend this hotel.

markj288on 13/06/2017 13:32Our company uses this hotel when we are in the Clarksville area. Rooms are very clean and nicely equipped. Staff has always been courteous and helpful. Great hotel for the business traveler. The pantry is a nice amenity.
Bad staff
peach213on 05/06/2017 16:17The hotel staff was horrible. When we left the day after checkout we realized we left a pillow behind. We called right away and spoke to someone at the front desk who promised they would hold our pillow until we drove back through. When we showed up to retrieve the pillow, it was no longer there. Additionally, when I called the General Manager to voice my concerns about being promised the hotel would hold my pillow without follow-through, she failed to return my call, even after the corporate office asked her to do so. Very poor service...beware!

Charles Bon 02/06/2017 21:57We stayed here whille attending a show in Louisville. it is a very good facility that is convenient to L'ville. The staff were great and it is a good clean motel. It also has a ton of eating options very close by.

Bob Mon 24/05/2017 13:59I have never stayed at a Candlewood Suites before. I stay most the time at Holiday Inns and I didn't even know Candlewood was a part of Holiday Inns. My experience was great. The staff ( Carrie & Isaiah ) couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They made me feel very welcome. I loved the room. It had a mini kitchen in it. It was very clean and up to date. In fact I liked the décor of these rooms better than the new look of the holiday inns. That new look is so sterile, like a hospital. This room had a great work table which faced the TV. The best part was it was less expensive that the Holiday Inn Express's in the area. I will certainly be staying at Candlewood Suites from now on. Thank you Carrie and Isaiah for making my first stay Fantastic.
