Sydney Son 06/06/2017 21:37There was construction going on within the hotel which wasn't really an issue. The problem was the kitchenette & bathroom floor in my room which were scheduled to be replaced. They were so slippery/greasy that when you stood still your feet started sliding apart. Walking on them was precarious! You couldn't even take off your shoes except on the carpet. It was very disappointing. Those rooms shouldn't have been used until they were redone.
Won't Stay Here Again
Shellyofshoalson 02/06/2017 05:17Hair in the bathtub, old yogurt left in frig and a general stink to the room like old food. Carpet needed cleaning. I went down to talk to clerk the next morning and no one anywhere. Tried the phone .... no answer. Tired from a long day so I suffered through it. Not again.

Sean Son 11/05/2017 13:47Bed was comfortable but the room was a mess. Stains in carpet and furniture. The tile floor was gummy like they did not get all the soap off the floor. I would not come back. I look for IHG properties but not this one.
Nice Stay at a Great Price
Ms_Easy_Sailingon 02/05/2017 22:34Brought bf here for his birthday. Stayed 3 nights. I have no complaints about the hotel. Loved it. Bed was comfy, room was clean. All the comforts of home. I've attached photos of the room. Room 129 1 Queen Studio.
Didn't stay but Andrew's service superb
AtlantaG123on 30/04/2017 16:59I misunderstood my reservation, expecting 2 beds and the rooms have only one bed and no pull out sofa. Andrew understood the issue and cancelled us out and called another IHG property for us in the area, which worked out just fine. The Candlewood, although it serves a specific market segment for extended stays, did not appear to be up to IHG standards--dark, tacky floors, smeared mirrors, etc. However, the service provided by Andrew saved us a lot of hassle and we appreciate it greatly.
