Great hotel
MyHobbyIsTravelon 09/08/2017 17:02Right off, I'll just say that the furniture is looking a bit worn with scuff marks and thinning of the upholstery. Other than that, our stay was great. Comfortable bed. Nice to have the kitchenette. Shower good. Beautiful interior, with tall ceilings. The central staircase is gorgeous, and sensitively refurbished. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Free bicycles to borrow. Nice location downtown. Free parking out back. About 8 minute drive off the main interstate and so worth it.

Adam Con 27/07/2017 04:35I travel often for work (this is my 56th night at an IHG hotel in the last 6 months) and honestly, the Terre Haute candlewood suites has been my favorite. The hotel is very moderately priced, close to nice restaurants and nightlife, and the accommodations/staff are top notch. The rooms have high ceilings, the beds are comfortable, and it is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. If you are coming to Terre Haute for business or leisure, do yourself and stay here. You will not be disappointed!

Ryan Bon 25/07/2017 17:10I travel a lot for business. This was a very nice hotel. They pay attention to the details. The cleanliness was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a bad flight and travel to the hotel, but there focus on me the customer was great. The room was very nice and again clean. It was like at home including the popcorn. I would recommend anyone to stay here. I don't even post reviews but I had to with the way that this hotel was.

We arrived late and were greeted with a smile and professional service.
Walking around the block in the morning it became clear exactly how great the location is.
Oh, btw the train runs by, and it can be loud, but earplugs are complementary.
Stop during travel
Shawn Won 19/07/2017 13:57This is a wonderfully clean, friendly, beautiful hotel. The city is also clean, historic with easy walking short distance to restaurants and museums. Parking is free, safe and convenient behind the hotel. This would be a perfect place for a couple wanting a quiet few days of getaway without a big expense for food or hotel.
