BEWARE of your credit card info
Noelle Bon 02/08/2017 22:43My husband travels every week. He always stays in this hotel. Last week our credit card was charged $1,600.00. The credit card company says that the number was manually keyed and done multiple times. I am not sure what someone could get out of doing this but now, we have had to close our account, order new cards, and $1,600 of our money is tied up. Numerous calls to the GM have been made, and apparently that person is too busy to return the calls. You would think that the management would like to find the person that is stealing from its customers. I am giving it an overall rating of terrible because of the lack of concern from the GM and no return call.

verchnon 24/07/2017 05:15So we are traveling from Florida back to Missouri. We were so tired and decided to find a place to stay the night to sleep. Found this on a google search and WOW! Absolutely amazing! Night clerk was super nice. When we got in our room-big fridge, stove top (2 burners), huge desk. Just loved the room.

Arley Won 09/07/2017 21:25We pulled into this hotel with a u-haul truck and trailer in tow, en route to BHAM, AL. Our room was spacious, quiet and bed incredibly comfortable. Highlight of our stay was Ian, the night clerk. He went well above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to make us loyal to this hotel on future trips.

Great room for the price
John Kon 03/07/2017 16:02Stopped at Candlewood Suites in Tupelo after a full day travel. We stopped here because of past experiences at other Candlewood Suites. We were warmly greeted by a friendly young lady at the counter. Check in was quick and easy. I asked about a place for dinner and she referred us to Harvey's which was also excellent.
The room was large and spacious, clean and modern. The beds and linen were very comfortable. Room was very reasonably priced. The room was very quiet.
We did lose power for about 30 minutes. You can hardly blame the hotel for a power outage. It happens.
The parking spaces were large enough I could park my corvette without worrying about a door ding.

We absolutely loved this hotel.
The double bed room was very spacious and comfortable (I slept amazing.)
Everything was very clean and in order. The front desk crew was extremely polite and helpful!
This candlewood location is perfect! Not too far from the mall and restaurants. I highly recommend this location and this will be our go to spot when we come to town!
Thanks candlewood for making our stay so tremendous!!
