nitah1on 30/07/2017 04:27Most friendly and helpful staff ever!! From the front desk to the Director of Operations (AAron) So lovely and great first impression of hotel. They couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to Wild River Country and different eateries. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly as a Travel Agent. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service, I don't know or understand why they could ever have negative reviews! Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Good hotel
Nick_BMIon 22/07/2017 21:34This was a nice hotel. The rooms were up to date and furnished nicely. The inside and outside were very well taken care of. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that there was nothing that stood out. It was just an average hotel.
Looks clean, but is dirty.
Amber Hon 18/06/2017 07:38The room looked clean, but as soon as we walked in my flip flops were sticking to the floors in the entryway and bathroom. There was different kinds of hair all over the room, I don't think they ever vacuum. The room smelled like it had been cleaned, and then the cleaner smell shut-in with no ventilation for a week. There was stuff from previous customers in the floor between the bed and the far wall. I found a bottle of unlabeled cleaner behind the nightstand. The towels and linens looked clean, but again smelled like no ventilation between customers. One of the bathroom switches didn't work either. I'm assuming it was for the exhaust fan or something. We were in a pinch, but this is ridiculous.
GET THE TOP FLOOR, IF POSSIBLE
SoCalOregonianon 06/05/2017 15:04We stayed, at this extended stay IHG property for one night on 05/05. We were on the 3rd floor, and whoever was on the 4th floor above us, kept buffalo in his room. That is what it sounded and actually felt like. The ceiling is very thin, along with the walls. 2nd worst stay ever at an IHG property.
The room was equipped with dishes, utensils, full size reefer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, TV/DVD (DVD library on first floir). Front desk staff very nice.
If in Little Rock, skip this property, there have to be better IHG hotels in town.
Suprisingly Nice
tomandcynthiaon 01/04/2017 19:10This hotel was surprisingly nice. The room (king bed) was large and comfortable with a nice little kitchenette. The bathroom was well appointed, large and clean. There were some things / areas that looked worn but still kept clean. Staff was helpful and personable. I was close to the elevator but didn't hear a thing. Surprising find.
