Spacious, clean and most important amazing location

The reservations were quite straight forward. The apartment was ready upon our arrival; it is airy, spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, attentive and most importantly helpful. I would surely return to this hidden gem in Cannes again.

Greeted by lovely helpful lady with excellent english. Staff were very helpful. Apartments are well furnished and large. Our family of 5 had heaps of room. Clean. nice bathrooms. Good beds. Full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.Couldnt fault the place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. So happy with it am writing the review whilst still here.

Superb space, facilities and access near Croisette and on Rue d'Antibes

We stayed for 5 nights at the start of September 2015 in the 100m sq apartment with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

Wow what a great location. A five minute stroll to the beach and Bd de Croisette and directly on the shopping street of Rue d'Antibes.

Someone put in a review about security being suspect. We couldn't see how that would be an issue - the access was by number code into the ground floor entrance, the hallway was cctv monitored and the apartment had a heavy duty double turn lock. On top of that there was the usual hotel code operated safe. We were not in the slightest worried.

The flat we had was on the first floor, and opened into a good size hall. Off the hall was a decent size kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine). Also two bedrooms, both with en suite (the twin had no loo, that was separate off the hall too), one super king size one twin. Our 8 year old took the huge king size sofa bed which was the most solid , yet easily worked, I have ever seen.

The front room/living area was huge. It incorporated a sofa and 2 chairs plus a huge 8 seater table (glass). Even with the big sofa bed opened out we were able to configure it so that the living area was still big. There was a TV too which had a couple of English language channels and cartoonito to occupy the children occasionally.

Air con was superb and efficient. It was very hot when we were there but the air con was so good it could feel positively chilly coming back in.

Check in and other arrangements all very efficient and friendly. We contacted them direct to discuss which apartment was best and they picked it right for us. They were very good, even looking at what we thought was a problem with the lights but turned out to be just a master switch not turned on.

With small kids the only issue was that the windows (double doors) all opened on just a turn of a handle - no really good looks. Secure from the outside but easy for a toddler to turn and escape. We did find them peering off the Juliet balcony in the twin room once. The other windows opened into a balcony that ran the length of the apartment on the Rue d'Antibes side (not a balcony to sunbathe on for that reason, and because of how thin it was).

But overall it was superb. We'd stay again if we went back.

we had a nice stay in this apparthotel, though it doesn't have hotel services as cleaning daily , they offer cleaning once a week, despite our stay in the apartment was all pleasant the apartment was clean and in good condition . It consist 2 rooms and a large comfy sofa bed two bathrooms and one toilet which was not so convient for 5 adults, checking in and out was easy . I surely recommend this place for Canne visitors if you need more than one toilette you should ring the hotel directly ( this what we were told) there's a lot of shops restaurants cafes around the apartment.

Excellent location, good apartment hotel, very helpful and friendly front desk staff ,very close to everything, just in the center , furniture is ok, fully equipped kitchen, beds are ok,we got two rooms apartment with two bathrooms , but the whole apartment has one toilet!!!. But it was better than a hotel room. I will stay in it again in the future,
