excellent apartment near centre
dympna kon 29/08/2017 11:50was surprised and delighted to be given a bigger apartment than expected but extra room was very welcome. The apartment is in a very quiet area but near to restaurants and shops and only 10 minutes walk to the Castle.
Very clean, bright and large apartment for Family

John was so nice and helpful in helping us to find a replacement for the place since it was fully booked for the date that we chose. We got Exchange Place 2 apartment which was very nice, large and clean. It was right next to Mercure hotel. Everything was wonderful, thank you and will definitely choose this place again next visit.

MARK551896on 06/06/2017 12:26I can,t believe that was not change of towels during my family staying at the apartment.
They were here for my daughter,s wedding so when they did arrive on Thursday evening they got shower and change clothes to meet the rest of the family for a meal.Next day was the wedding and they did assume they would get clean towels. That was not the case. We telephone reception and ask them politely if they could have clean towels. The girl over the phone reply that they would try. Nothing was done.4 star hotel and not change of towels in over 3 days stay.That,s terrible
Great weekend stay

The fact that you have to pick the keys up somewhere is a minor annoyance but they state this at booking so can't complain about it really.
The staff are fantastic, can't speak highly enough about them, extremely friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour.
Yes you have to go up stairs to get to the room but that goes for what seems like the majority of properties in the U.K.
The apartment was nice and clean and is well stocked with tea, coffee etc and fresh.
The apartments are located in a great spot, just a short walk from the castle, royal mile etc.
Was about an £18 taxi ride to / from the airport.

StuartG1212on 22/11/2016 15:14NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Although the stay was pleasant when I returned we got stung with an unexpected bill. We got charged for damage to the apartment which was already there once we arrived. THE team done nothing at all to help and just took it out off my card without warning. Joke of a company. Would never use again
