Plenty of parking outside the front door- good for unloading luggage
Small flight of stairs to our room/ teddy bears on the stairs is a bit strange- but keeps in with the country decor of the place
Beds a little too soft for me but comfortable none the less
Super quiet as at the end of the main drag

SunflowerGarden05on 12/08/2017 03:47Stayed here in March, for a family get together. Greeted warmly in office at check-in, offered a look at the rooms we were going to staying in before we paid, refreshing personal attention! Rooms were very clean and charming.

archangel7mon 13/07/2017 21:38My room was in an adjacent building. Room was hot & went to close the west facing blinds. One was broken would not close. Very dusty. Tissue in the toilet, but it appeared clean. One missing light bulb. Mgr had to come to reset TV/Cable. Towels were ragged. Shower head very dirty. Property had lots of peeling and chipped paint. Breakfast was a bit more than I expected but had to go outside or to room to eat. Took mine on the road...
A decent place to stay if you need to
Brett Pon 07/07/2017 15:45Bed and Breakfast is an overreach. They put out a continental "breakfast" on a shelf by the desk.
The rooms are reasonably clean and beds are ok.
Bathroom is clean and appears somewhat recently refreshed.
The walls are paper thin and they have rules in place to compensate, like no showers after 11:00.
Not horrible for a one night stay. I wouldn't recommend it for any longer than that.
Relaxing value spot 40 minute drive from Grand Canyon
Dennis Mon 04/07/2017 11:35Liked this wee B&B and Williams was an unexpected delight, with some lovely restaurants. Plenty of parking. Didn't get to sample breakfast as our flight was too early. Owners very nice and room was comfortable and clean.
