What a great value on Cape Cod. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. The bed could not have been more comfortable. Wi Fi was the best I have experienced in any hotel. If you have kids this can't be beat! Service with a smile was evident everywhere. Thanks for a nice visit

Good resort, needs improvements

Good resort for family, but few things need attention. Water park was full of pee-smell and had to skip and so were most of the public restrooms. Only muffins and cereal were the options in breakfast. No bagels or bread. Water park had only 5-6 rides.

Such a great deal as 4 inflatable park tickets are included with the room. Our kids had a blast at the inflatable park. They loved the indoor/outdoor pools. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The prices are higher in the summer but it was well worth the price. My kids can't wait to return. Great customer services too.

Kids Overnight Vacation

Hotel is cute, location is great. Very simple continental breakfast (muffins, danish and cereal). Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very basic....... My suggestion is to have a thicker blanket for the bed.
Outdoor and indoor pools, outdoor ping pong tables, bacci and horse shoe game.
Across the parking lot is the CC Inflatable Park. So convenient.
All in all, I loved it here and I am planning on coming back Labor Day weekend.

Invest your Money Elsewhere

I really loved this resort, but this year was a totally different experience and I will not be returning or recommending this resort.

My room this year was more like a punishment than a vacation: ceiling paint was peeling off, there were dead, smeared bugs on the walls, the AC was louder than a vacuum, my son could not even use the television due to such a fuzzy screen, the shower was disgusting upon check-in (sand all on the floor), the bathroom fan barely worked, the tub would not drain when I showered and the drain would start to stink, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low and the temperature of the water was either ice cold or hotter then hell. On top of this, the sheets were never once changed during my stay and my room was barely cleaned during my stay, but was excessively sprayed with febreze or something to mask how dirty it was. I could even tell the mirrors were not cleaned before I checked in or during my stay because after I got out of the shower the first night (and every time during my "vacation"), the word "murder" was written on the mirror, which showed up from the steam, making it clear that the mirrors were never cleaned either.

This resort also advertises having wifi when whatever it is they offer is a poor excuse for wifi. I had work to do and the wifi crashed the entire time causing me to have to leave and find a place with actual wifi.

I also was hugely disappointed in the park this year which is sad because it used to be so fun. This year, the water rides were filthy and the attendants were literally jerks. The attendants in the water park randomly sprayed high pressure cold water all over people in line with no warning. When me and my son screamed and flinched, the attendant laughed-they were literally bullying people in line with the hoses, randomly squirting people if they stepped even a little bit out of line. There were also multiple inflatables in the dry part of the park that were unattended and many deflating. My son went on two bounce houses that were so deflated he could feel the earth underneath and at one point my son jumped and hurt his foot.

After these experiences, everyone I was "vacationing" with assumed this resort must have gotten new management and whatever is going on has caused this place to lose both its value and charm.

I am not normally one to complain so I grinned and bore it for the majority of my vacation, but on the second to last day of my stay, I got back to my room and noticed my room was still disgusting and I could not take it anymore so i decided to check out early. I had asked if I could have a refund for the last night and explained the issue with the cleanliness of the room. The employee at the desk told me they would not refund me because I already stayed for the two nights before, I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager on duty. I decided to leave the resort and email them once i got home in order to reach management.

Once I was home, I emailed management and explained what happened. The manager, Jane, said in her response that she would have a chat with housekeeping and that she heard I had the flu and left early for the flu and she hoped I felt better. This is when I decided to write my experience. I never once called to check out early and definitely never said I had the flu. I realized this was an excuse from this "manager" so they would not have to refund me for my last nights stay at this very disappointing "resort".

Please beware the owners and management are rude when you voice an issue, and I do not believe all of these issues are something I should have had to bring up to the manager during my vacation because it is MY vacation and the resorts job to ensure the VACATIONERS do not have to go out of there way to make their room livable.

The amount of issues I had is what lead me to realize this resort has simply gone downhill and I hope other families trying to have a fund vacation with their kids on a budget invest their money elsewhere.
