mailman29on 23/08/2017 03:00If you're looking for a great b&b to stay at, skip the rest of them, and book the room right now! Martin and Sondra lee made our stay there one of the most enjoyable experiences while in Hyannis! The little things like Martin offering to drive us places and the snack that Sondra lee packed us for the ride to Nantucket went above and beyond what we expected.
The room was fantastic. Clean and comfortable accommodations with a small deck outside. Great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and ferries to the islands. On a scale of 1 to 5, this place is a 6!

Rooms are clean, roomy and have lovely views.
The hosts are friendly and attentive.
The location is perfect for all of your Cape Cod adventures.

bgp285on 18/08/2017 19:09We originally booked 4 nights and extended to 5. We had a lovely vacation and so enjoyed our stay. Martin was a super host. We felt so at home. It was a special occasion for us and was surprised with a cake and a nice bottle of wine when we returned to our room one evening. Great location near beaches, restaurants, the harbor etc ... all within walking distance. We will be back !

Thang Non 18/08/2017 18:15We stayed for 4 nights. We are a young couple with twin babies. At fist we were a bit worried about the twin making too much noise. The host was very nice of making us feeling comfortable about that. During breakfast, she goes out of her way to make sure we have everthing we needed. Her bakeries are delicious. The room are nice and well kept. Perfect location and close to the beach. Thank you again!

holliopeon 17/08/2017 02:57These guys truly love what they do here. Martin and Ashley were perfect hosts and the place was clean, cozy and private. It was close to everything - beaches, main st. and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was nice, the fresh baked muffins were wonderful! Would definitely come back and have recommended to family/friends who travel to the cape.
