Deb Pon 07/08/2017 14:30We stayed in a suite--2 bedrooms, 4 queen sized beds. It was clean. Bathroom and sink areas had been updated. I had no complaints. It was difficult to control the air conditioning, but it kept the room cool. The pool areas were clean.
You get what you pay for....
Cindy Kon 01/08/2017 01:08The lobby is worn out, didn't make a good first impression. Our room was nice but the air conditioning unit sounded like water running, and the room had a musty smell. The bathroom had been upgraded but the floor was dirty there and in front of the sink. We had to ask four times for the safe to be opened so we could use it. Wouldn't choose to stay here again.

t pon 29/07/2017 12:11Hotel was a place to sleep, over priced but it is the cape in the summer. Lobby smelled like chlorine and the elevator smelled like mildew. The room was ok appeared clean, had a nice "woodsy" view. We had breakfast in the cafe, good service, food, and price. Location was good.
Awesome time at Cape Point!
Alexander Ron 24/07/2017 14:43This is not a luxury hotel BUT you can have a fantastic time here. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they have nice beds and great air conditioning. The staff are attentive and friendly. The pool is nice roomy and clean with lots of available seating. The best part is the pool bar, where Sarah serves great drinks and the young cook serves up great meals. Reasonable priced well cooked and quite delicious. The young man Eric only 17 years old cooked meals better than I get at most restaurants. This duo entertained and treated my group like family. They made our trip to cape cod wonderful and memorable. The breakfast cafe and staff were also excellent with the best corned beef hash I ever had. At night we sat on our backyard patio and had a great time. A wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel. There are numerous things to do in the area, Seagull beach is just a short drive away and numerous entertainment and shopping places nearby. Hyannis is about a 10 minute drive away and has numerous restaurants and shops, a nice place to walk and enjoy yourself, including numerous live music venues.
Clean, friendly, good location
MarlonRUon 22/07/2017 13:10Many other reviews had lists of complaints but I was very satisfied. Friendly and quick reception. Rooms clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was in great shape (did not use the outdoor pool). A/C worked perfectly. Ice and vending machines close to all rooms. Parking also close to all rooms. My only complaint would be that the fridge was minuscule and a microwave would have been nice. Centrally located so a short drive to beaches, restaurants and activities. Room service cleaning crew also friendly. Good strong shower. Comfortable beds. I would come back.
