had gone in may 2016 --nice place to stay ,location and service is good --will recommend, the hotel contains coffee plantation ,pond children play area , enough space to move around ,view is excellent and is very near to meadikeri--only 5 m

An excellent stay at a Resort Hotel nestled among unbelievable surroundings

We had booked two rooms for a 1 night stay. The approach was a bit of a bother since GPS gave a different location. But the Hotel is on the side on the Main road. Approach to the hotel is itself a beauty with coffee plantations on both sides. There is a lake and the hotel is surrounded by thick vegetable. The flora is amazing and you can spend hours enjoying the beauty. An amazing place for nature lovers. The rooms were giving a great view of the valley and since it was raining, it was an amazing experience. You can great views of the surrounding areas from the room. The hotel is about 6 kilometers away from the city. The rooms could have been better. Generator backup was an issue and the staff were cooperative though service levels need to improve. Overall an amazing experience.

Amazing location

LOCATION
Awesome location completely remote from the city, vast area which is around 25 acers ,suitable for all age groups, location is easily reachable, we were in the first floor, the view is stunning and peaceful.

STAFF
Very friendly staff, special thanks for Santhosh who was very helfull and dint mind getting us small things for multiple times.

FOOD
It was a surprise to us we assumed the food wasn't good but based on the reviews we thought of having food outside, but it wasn't the case with us, food was really good we ordered food from the Al Carte menu.

ClEANLINESS
Rooms were clean, we dint experienced any bugs.

MONEY
Its value for money not too expensive nor too cheap, reasonable and competitive.

This is a lovely place to stay in Coorg. Just about 6 kms from Madikeri. Very easy to find. The rooms are pretty neat for the rustic feel.
Nothing too posh, its not required for that environment either! Good things: Awesome Staff (Dinesh - the main guy at the resort, The hotel staff (Prabhu among others whose names I cannot recall now) Very friendly.
Food: EXCELLENT!
Entire stay was very GOOD Value for money!
Nice recreational area, with some indoor / outdoor sports.
A customary bon-fire. Well maintained rooms.
Geysers are inside the room so hot water anytime you want.
Some lovely birds in the vicinity. Millions of crickets chirping! Too good a surrounding.

Cons: None that I could think of except the Fan regulators need some servicing or replacement.
Could use newer Towels.
Could keep bottled water in the rooms instead of in the jug.

It was not good as we have expected,also it is not good for its price too.there were many complaints in our room.the food was not bad,but the price was much high.there was power failure often.there was a pond and children's park.so our children was satisfied.overall we are not satisfied and we will not recommend this for any other guests.this was the worst place that we have ever stayed.
