We loved it - excellent, comfortable accommodation, delicious 'proper' English breakfast, and really friendly, helpful hosts. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
Fantastic Place
trevorgill2on 03/06/2017 16:50This was our second visit and definitely will not be our last.The cottage was spotless and very comfortable,with eggs and home made marmalade waiting for us to enjoy.The cottage is in a perfect position to afford breathtaking views across the valley towards Bolton Castle.The whole surrounding area has to be visited to appreciate how beautiful the whole area is.The hosts are very warm and friendly as are their two lovely dogs.A perfect base to explore the surrounding dales and then relax in the evening.This place has everything that you could wish for, for a lovely holiday in the Country.
Weekend in paradise
Gemma Hon 20/02/2017 23:33Situated in an ideal location for many of the main tourist attractions in the dales, this idyllic farm is a wonderful b&b. The hosts are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are large yet quaint. Very clean throughout. The beds are incredibly large and comfortable. The highlight has to be the breakfast which surpasses any we have had in a b&b before, so much so lunch was not required. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

MrsJacko4on 12/02/2017 23:14This is such a lovely place to stay so welcoming and helpful .We certainly would return.Good base to explore .Breakfast amazing we didn't need to eat till evening as we were so full. We all fully enjoyed our stay and credit all goes to the owners.We booked this holiday break for two rooms one within farm house one in barn both had everything we needed nice clean cosy nice to relax.Pleasant to wake see nice views of countryside.We did take a look at the cottage which is self catering won't hesitate to book it in future to with our family.Highly recommended in our opinion Capple Bank Farm

SukiYorkshireon 11/01/2017 18:26Stayed over New Year with friends and made to feel very welcome by the lovely owners.The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and beautifully cooked.The Buck's Fizz on New Year's Day was a lovely touch and much appreciated.We hope to return in summer to explore the many and varied places of interest around West Witton.We can thoroughly recommend the Wensleydale Heifer in The village for lunch or evening meals and better still it's only a stones throw away from Capple Bank Farm.
