The Caravela is a hidden gem of a place amidst the countless top Hotel chain properties in South Goa. It has beautiful surroundings, with quiet, expansive, lots of greenery and nature that include fish ponds and cascading water, coffee shops, and restaurants. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with balconies opening upto gardens, flowering trees, and palms throughout the property. The sheer variety & quality of three daily buffets, in addition to à la carte options, leaves you asking for more and indulgence.
Though on an official trip, which limited my ability to immerse myself completely in the experience on offer could not hinder me enjoying the surroundings and the food immensely.
And this was due to a number of experiences with the staff, starting right at the beginning with Sanjeev & Joshita, and through the course of the stay and conference with Lois, Denise, Ram, Rambhajan, to name a few.
Preeti, the staff Captain for the restaurants and her team were always there to help and serve with a smile. The food at this resort is in a way the unsung hero amidst immersive experience of place itself.
The reception for us was via separate helpdesk, led by Puneet and throughout, the team was as happily responsive and efficient as ever, All the staff members are kind and considerate, discreet and unassuming, but genuinely desiring your contentment and enjoyment.
Housekeeping was excellent. My room was thoroughly cleaned daily. The beach is beautiful, almost giving you a feeling that you own that part of the long coastline of Goa. The lush lawn areas and the Golf Course are spread over a vast expanse of area.
I definitely am going back to this beautiful place and the wonderful lot of people, albeit on a holiday, in order to enjoy & relax to the fullest.
Comfortable stay @ Caravela Beach Resort

Nice beach resort with good room, swimming pool,food .and overall our stay was comfortable but only issue we would like to point out is wifi access is provided only to one device (though fail to understand the reason for the same) given that now a days hotels are giving wifi access to guest this seems pretty odd.

daljeetkaursandhuon 29/08/2017 07:18Very nice family Resort. Amazing property, highlight is proximity to the beach and hygiene. No doubt the climate added to the entire experience. Staff is courteous and was quite helpful for us specially Preeti and Dinesh. Preeti also arranged surprise on our anniversary too. Breakfast buffet is decent if not well spread. To my surprise the North Indian food was delicious too. Points to know. They charge you extra for the amenities such as golf tennis and carrom ext. Although everything bout the place went well and Highly recommend! !!

amitsuperbikeon 28/08/2017 22:16It was my first stay in Goa so i preferred staying south side.After reading much reviews on trip advisor i selected this resort. but it was such a pleasant & overwhelming delightful stay that i am here to advise other in their selection reading this review. The stay was unique (with check in though at odd night hours as my flight was delayed )yet smiling faces of the staff, the food was purely authentic in its taste with variety of choices offered. i had great assistance being offered by the housekeeping manager samarth, other staff from housekeeping specially Saish(beautiful towel art) and Adrin and not to forget Pascoal for his untimely steward service. The staff here gives u that homely experience of love and care in addition to clean serene peaceful stay. its added on my list that this is my definite stay on every visit hereafter. Keep up the good job folks.

Pranav Pon 28/08/2017 17:12Hotel gave us 3 hours early checkin at 10a.that was so helpfull.room was very nice and clean.bathroom comparatively smaller.amazing lawn and acres and acres of greenary.very good swimming pool.seashore is very clean.very good breakfast
