Relaxing, fun and friendly!

We have just come back from a week's all inclusive break at this hotel. I was slightly worried after reading some of the previous reviews which isn't a good start to any holiday.

I needn't have panicked, the staff, especially in the restaurant could not have made us feel more welcome and relaxed. The food was delicious and there was a great variety for each meal. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, they made a fuss of our children and really put them at ease.

The safety was always a top concern in the water park which adjoined the complex, which was good for our 3 and 7 year old. The entertainment was enthusiastic and although catering for a variety of languages managed to work across the ages.

Our only gripe is with Thomas Cook who we booked with but this is to do with leaving us without a room for over ten hours between checking out and catching our flight. (Note of caution, read the small print!)

Stay clear of room 216 was woken at 6.30 every day by kitchen noise,if you do come come as a couple or group not any English speaking here IPAD was a god send down loaded google translator plenty of shops in are but don't pay asking price haggle

This is a good hotel. It's well run and very clean. Staff are all very helpful and pleasant. The only drawback is the food, there's plenty of it and the Russians seem to enjoy but if you are British you are likely to go hungry. There aren't a lot of restaurant nearby so we found it hard to get anything to eat that was enjoyable. There are a few supermarkets around which is helpful, and the shops near the hotel are great value.

We feel like at home in caretta!Every year we come to caretta and after our vacation we look forward to our next rest in caretta with these dear people again! Everyone is friendly every time staff smiles you can forget about everything here and enjoy time!caretta is big family with perfect service!caretta's bar team we love these guys specially Onur Mustafa and all the bar! They are pro of their deal! Also caretta's manager Yusuf is our excellent friend!staff is always ready to help you!Big thank everyone for everything!You can take a lot of photos here because there are very beautiful places!We will come back again and again this summer paradise with lovely people!

we spend one week in this club before the military coup; its a very nice hotel with big threebed rooms; the food, servise, cleanliness is good; the sea is very close (1 min walk) and is hotel owned; the location is very good, first shops a few steps avay; alanya is 20 min drive with dolmus avay
