The room was not clean. Food still on the floor, floors not mopped nor vacuumed. Plates and utensils not clean. Coffee maker still had coffee in from the previous people. The sofa sleeper is awful, needs to be thrown. Offers no comfort at all. When pulling out the sofa sleeper, there was garbage, wrappers and other such hidden underneath it. The master bedroom bed is 30 years too old. Needs to be replaced immediately. The other bedroom was okay, however, if it was at my house, would have been thrown 10 years ago. The dryer heat vent is not attached, just free flowing. Tons of dirt a lint on top of the dryer and on the floor. Major fire hazard. The dishes and cooking supplies we had to rewash as it was disgusting. We actually went out and purchased our own plates and utensils including glasses. The pictures on the walls are hung up by masking tape. The pool area needs a little TLC. Boards need to be painted and kept up to standards. The walk to the lake the boards need to be replaced as splinters will be coming soon. The pools are wonderful however. They do have a outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Ping pong table and a couple other items to play with. When checking out, he was only concerned about the pool towels and that that they wanted them separate from the other towels. Told him that we were never informed that they had pool towels to offer and his response was, "Oh. ok." Never asked how our stay was or nothing.

The location is good right on Lake Delton and near attractions. We were in the 200 building. It needed updating. The sleeper sofa was awful and so old. The linens and blankets and pillows were very worn and worst of all the floors made our feet black. They did not appear dirty to the naked eye but they obviously have not been cleaned in some time. Our coffee pot was still filled with the previous renter's coffee, so obviously the cleaning crew is not very thorough. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath could not be used, there's just not enough hot water to fill it. We were only given 2 towels though there were 5 of us staying there. You can get more, it's just an inconvenience. While there is a washer/dryer the dryer takes so many cycles to dry we didn't attempt to do much laundry. We have stayed at many lake-type resorts before, this one just doesn't measure up.

Our condo was in the 600s buildings with a view to the lake. The view was impressive, the interior was clean and updated with artwork on the walls. The pool was clean, the hot tub was clean. The children (3,7,10, 12) all had a wonderful time. Our guests were thoroughly impressed. The premise was very family orientated. For as much as we paid for 2 nights (over $900) I think they could have stocked the bathroom with sufficient toilet paper, shampoo, and towels that weren't frayed. (we could be unlucky) We were told that we could pick up these items at the office, but it was only open between 9-4pm, not very helpful to work with sightseeing schedules.

Nice lake views great area. Friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor pools with lake views. Small beach area. There are some decks with picnic tables overlooking the lake. There are also charcoal grills that are by these picnic tables. Rooms need updating and could use a bit more cleaning. Located close to a couple of boat launches.

Our family stayed here for our second visit recently, and we were very pleased. Our original reservation fell through due to the condo owner selling the unit, so the management bumped us from a garden view unit to a lakeside at no additional charge. The unit was a nice home away from home. And we love the pools! We'll definitely stay here again.
