Good hotel and beach

Stayed here following a week following a week tour on a cruise down the Nile, so I was looking forward to taking it easy for a few days. The hotel room was clean and had all the facilities you need. The hotel grounds, aqua parks were good and on site shop is ok. The beach is fantastic, with enough sun beds, parasols to go around, you need not get up early to get a place, and with great snorkelling opportunities. There is enough on site to keep you occupied.

The minor issues are really with the food. Though all inclusive, the food is quite bland and I felt like I was being rushed in and out. The hotel also attracts a large number of Eastern European/Russian guests who seemingly have no manners or concept of personal space, and I noticed being quite rude to the staff. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Good hotel, nice beach but bad stuff and the worst food

We went on a 6 days trip and we were about 6 families i wanna share you my trip... The first impression was very good nice views and nice Lobby but actualy some circumstances made my opinion change about that place...
First.. the pool bar man was very rude and everytime i saw him he made me furious actually he talked to me like am a servant or actually i came there and didn't pay money for the hotel to have good service
Second... The beach bar i didn't know that the hotel had a beach bar and by chance i saw it and it was about 4:55 it was very hot so i asked the bar man for a cup to have water he told me very quickly so i didn't understand that the bar had closed and before i even understand his words or reply he closed the door like am begging for something over his ability
Third.. Happened at the other beach bar
Well the ice cream time i went a little late to have an ice-cream so the bar man told me that it's over i was ok cause it is rules but after two seconds another women went to have an ice-cream and he gave her like what the hell?! I told another bar man about what happened and he laughed and looked at me in shame and told me to come and have one like am a kid playing with him i didn't reply and left him
Fourth...one night a guitarist was playing a famous arabic song at the lobby w turned up and sang with the song so some guests danced becase the vibes were goooood suddenly a bar man went to the guitarist and whispered then went back to the bar after the bar man's words the guitarist told us that he would change the type from arabic to german and any language except arabic because it's rules!!! Rules are that the guitarist shouldn't play arabic song, the place is for relaxation so we shouldn't dance and we shouldn't sing with him
-no arabic songs like we have no right to enjoy as we are as any guest should hear a native arabic song
-no dancing.. Actually a serbian woman who started dancing not us
-no singing.. Like it's not supposed ti have fun and make good memories
*and after the bar man made us sit down and told us not to sing the serbian woman continued dancing and he didn't told her a word

Worst experience ever don't go !!!

The worst vacation I ever had the hotel can't be rated as 5 at all , first they have 2 hotels beside each other under same name Caribbean world resort but u discover when u reach there that they r two one for Egyptain and other for foreigners the Egyptain part is terrible loud low class music everywhere terrible food the pool is not clean unqualified staff terrible animation team even when we talked to manager he didn't care about what we said !!lastly if u r in the Egyptain part u r not allowed to use other hotel facilities which doesn't exist like gym and pharmacy , I needed to buy medicine from pharmacy they send me which a security to buy it from other hotel!!!very humiliating,for my advice don't go there it is waste of time and money .

I visited the resort for four days and it was terrible. I went all inclusive and the food there was terrible, over cooked and not much for an option.
One day is meat and if you don't eat meat there is no other option but veg. Breakfast was always the same day in and day out. The aqua park was ok but only three slides. Beach was clean and you don't need to go early to reserve a place. Due to high season I was placed in a resort next door to the hotel which shared the same facilities but the resort was mainly for local Egyptians which meant they were swimming in their hijab (muslims outfits) inside the beach and also we were stared at when we went for a swim along with disgraceful comments. I made a complain to the general manager Mr Sherif and he promised a free boat trip for a day to compensate the inconvenience but unfortunately he didn't stick to his word. Please do not go there if you want to have a nice holiday. I am originally from Egypt but live in the U.K. and have been to many places but this one has to be the worst so far. The hotel in general is average but, your enjoyment grantee the staff are very polite and kind also they have an amazing animation team making many activities all the day and a big amazing show at night
