Good but over priced

The hotel itself is good and clean.
The breakfast is very expensive 19,50€ per adult, I have never listen that height price in a 4 star hotel.
The profit margin of Expedia is 38€ for two nights , easy money !!!
Will never book via any platform again.
Good, but over-priced
PEM67on 18/07/2017 14:58I stayed here for three nights, and although it ‘ticked all the boxes,’ it didn’t justify the price being charged.
The room was okay, but nothing special, as was the bathroom.
It was clean and functional, but had no ‘wow’ factor, but equally there was nothing fundamentally wrong.
I liked this hotel, good restaurant and downstairs bar as well as extensive breakfast with hot and cold options. Although a limited menu if staying for more than a few days.
On-site parking was available.
There are other hotel chains offering the same standard for less money, so I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but there is nothing wrong with this hotel.
Ok hotel but very outdated
patrick aon 09/07/2017 22:43Upon check in receptionist greeted me and spoke perfect English , we were check in quickly and our room was ready . Going through the hotel it felt like I was in the 80's. The room was cleaned the comfort ok . I went back to the receptionist to ask a question and she wouldn't talk to me in English . I looked at her and said I didn't understand and she continues to look at me and still does not speak to me in English knowing she spoke fine English earlier . Would I go back to this hotel prob not I would try something else
Racist Hotel
Mayura Ton 23/06/2017 08:08I haven't seen the worst racism than this ever. We were told about cold breakfast served in Europe but we were even given cold Welcome.
We were asked to sit in ballroom, away from "Europeans". And not just that but we were just provided with cheese, bread, some fruits n beverages. That too we asked for eggs, tea sachets and bowls like a beggar. You call that breakfast? And in European section there was all this plus bacon, sausages, variety of eggs and so so so much more.
Come to India we will teach you what is hospitality. We will teach you how to be human. It was shameful to see such gesture towards the guest of ur nation. I will not suggest this hotel to any Indian or for that matter, any human who believes is equality.
Very comfortable stay,however could improve alot on the breakfast.
Diane Con 06/06/2017 11:45The Hotel itself is immaculately clean, very welcoming staff, who all speak perfect English, We stayed in a Superior room on the 3rd floor, which was very well equipped, Hairdryer, Iron, chilled water, tea and coffee facilities, and plenty of toiletries.
We had breakfast one morning but didn't bother the second, Coffee and juice was fine, however the cooked breakfast looked and tasted like it had been there for hours, not pleasant at all, but there was plenty Cereal, fruit, yogurt and toast to choose from.
Would stay here again.
